Soda fountain is always not working properly. Soda is watery. They don’t fill the condiments for nachos or hotdogs. They just don’t do it some days. I’m guessing they don’t want the bother of maintaining or cleaning it when the manager isn’t working. but they will sell you the nachos and hotdog… with nothing to put in it lol

The lady named MARIA was super rude to me and my children. It was very hard to understand her English at all. And she said she could not let me contact her manager or owner and said I was not allowed to contact him to file a complaint. Last time we ever go in that 711! Ever!

I went in to the store there where two ladies in their that didn’t speak that good of English then they argue with me about the size of my cup and on top of all that rudeness they where talking shit in Spanish like I didn’t understand them I won’t go there no more nope rude employees at this store

The lady was rude! At 0750 on Saturday the 2 nd of May 2015. I bought coffee and other items, the self check lottery machine was off line so I asked the short lady cashier to check it for me and she just would not do it. I was almost begging. I got a little pissed, payed and left. This is the last time I spend money in this store…

I was in town to buy plants and a fountain for a landscape
Stopped at 7 11 to buy an Arizona tea
Took 10 to 15 minutes parked there to the side to call nursery and make a call about a work estimate
7 11 owner came out and asked «Can I do anything for you?» I said I was making work calls
He said he could not allow me to take up parking spots because it was rush hour
I said ok. Obviously I chose to buy a drink elsewhere.
IT WAS 1:20 PM on 4÷23÷2015 and as I left there were 6 OPEN PARKING SPOTS!!!
Horrible customer service obviously and I would never stop there for anything in the future and I have made purchases there before. Happy Jug is a much more friendly a place.

Warning!!! Elida cashier is really rude and unprofessional. My husband was trying to buy beer and a cigar and she asked for my identification when I wasn’t even holding anything and he was the one making the purchase! I went to go get my drivers license and when we went back in told us that she wasn’t going to sell us anything anymore! Will be calling corporate and will never come to this store again! Next time leave you’re issues at the door before you start dealing with customer service!

Clean on the inside! The place is pretty open so you don’t feel cramped. Good place to stop and grab something on the go. My only letdowns were that they didn’t have a lot of choices among the sammys and only a couple sad looking hot items out. I left with a hungry tummy.
They also have one gas pump.
Yeah I will review anything.

As far as 7-​Elevens in California go, I’m quite fond of this one. The location is especially convenient for me, and the staff always seem fairly polite. The store is always clean and well lit. This station has gas, which is becoming surprisingly rare for these stores in California. The only thing I would change about this store is that I wish they would stock Redline.
