T & T Nails

The #1 nail place around!!! Tommy has been doing my nails for almost 10 years now and when he decided to open his own place with Tammy I was excited and happy for them !!! Best designs and even if there’s a wait it’s worth the wait! My nails don’t chip and fall off after days or even weeks ! If someone left a bad review on here it’s clearly because they were an impatient or just an unhappy person because tommy is THE BEST!!!

Updated my review because I see they are now sending their little friends like Kayla W. to post fake reviews to trick people into patronizing their shop. Don’t fall for it. My review history is trustworthy and I’ve been to most of the nail salons in the area that are listed on Unilocal.Go somewhere clean, pleasant and professional so that you will be treated with respect, and get a good job done on your services, like Best Nail. I stand by my original review.
Extremely long wait for services, each of them were rude, not personable nor professional, and the guy working on my nails refused not only to do a design I requested, but also not to use colors I selected. The crazy thing is I’m sure the owners are the nail technicians. The design came out a mess, and when I politely complained this was not what I asked for, to my surprise, I was berated by the nail «technician» who goes by «Tommy».
This attitude toward people in the local community is disrespectful, they do not appreciate customer loyalty and think lowly of their clients, especially those who they perceive as not affluent, as if one can determine that merely by looks! They also humiliated the lady seated next to me, calling her a crackhead to her face, and this was not in a joking manner. I have no idea if she was or not, nor was it mine or their place to say so. She allowed them to finish, paid and just left. They also make racial comments in front of customers, as I overheard. Just trashy people.
They do a half-​hearted job of cleaning and sterilizing the foot tubs and other tools/​implements. Under no circumstances would I ever return, and if after reading this you decide to give them a go, don’t say you weren’t warned. You might have a decent experience the first or second time, but it won’t take long before you regret wasting your time and money with this scummy storefront nail shop. I don’t need to understand someone’s language, to tell if they are insulting me under their breath to the person next to them. The body language and change of speaking volume is a dead giveaway. How rude, uncouth, and disrespectful to do that with a client in your chair? I was so disgusted by the whole visit, I went straight to another salon and got the design removed, and another one done.
These people don’t care what you want, they want to get paid and get you out of their chair quick, and they are lucky I haven’t filed a complaint on them with the city for their unsavory business practices. The people who are giving positive reviews must be friends, family, or customers that somehow believe these people give a hoot about them. If they did, they would allow you to make appointments so you wouldn’t have to wait in their sweaty shop for three hours for a shabby nail job.
Show me a pic of their amateurish looking nail art and a decent rebuttal, and I’ll show you someone that either works for them, or was asked to give a pos. review.

Good job doing nails and designs. Love tammy. However the wait is sometimes ridiculous but they only have the 2 of them working so its understandable but if u dont wanna waste a few hours then you might wanna choose another spot. They do not take apts either.
