Food is average. After the new owners it’s a little different but food is still good. Portion sizes have dropped a tad bit but prices remain the same. I eat here once in a great while, not too bad, better than some other places I’ve eaten that’s for sure. I do like Foxs though. Pasta dishes are really good and so is their garlic bread.

All I’ve had were cheesesteaks from here. The seasoning is really good. The bread is toasted to be very hard and crumbles but, that is the style of the bread. They are always very prompt and usually arrive earlier than expected. I will continue to use them for their subs.

I used to love this place, I really did. I would always order the Chourico and chips stromboli for pick up. I’m sorry but the last two times I have ordered for pick up have been less than satisfactory. Actually is was down right horrible. My second, and might I add last, bad experience was today… I ordered my stromboli over the phone and hey told me 20 – 23 mins. I live up the top on President Ave so it does not take me long at all. I got there about 30 mins. after I called it in and just like last time I was left waiting at the counter for about 15 mins.(I am NOT exaggerating this at all) before anyone even acknowledged my presence. There were no other customers besides myself and they just kept on talking amongst themselves and periodically looking over to me without saying one word. I think they’re extremely rude there. You’re in customer service and any other food vender would greet the customer and tell them it’s going to be a few more mins… NOPE not this place. They never used to be like this. Whoever is running this place should really be more welcoming and I mean, c’mon people, how hard is it for you to turn around and greet me with a «Hello»?! As I was waiting, I happened to notice their tip jar and it’s no wonder there was only one dollar in there next to a lonely penny. I always give atleast my change to the tip jar in any kind of food establishment, but NO, not this place. What did they do to deserve a tip? Make my pizza? I was already paying for that. In more ways than one. Lastly, what prompted me to write this review just now was that wen I counted my money in my wallet, it seems to me that they took $ 20.00 for a medium stromboli… WTF?! I know for a fact that they are $ 12 and change. I gave them a $ 100.00 bill, which caused them to roll their eyes in annoyance… yeah. And as I counted it just now, I realize they gave me $ 80.00 back. Scumbags. Now i realize that was my fault for not paying attention, but I have never once had a problem with money there before so I didn’t think anything of it while I was there. Also I was never given a receipt or even the choice of having one. Hmmmm, shady? I thin YES! All in all, I waited 25 mins. there for them to give me my stromboli that was sitting in a box ready to go the whole time, just like my previous experience. And this was after the 20 mins. they told me to wait before coming, and i even decided to wait an extra ten. Really 55 mins. for a pick up stromboli!!! Get real. Never again. Highland pizza is ALWAYS fast and they always acknowledge you right away and prices are not as steep. And mostly, I just think Highland Pizza tastes more home cooked and less generic.

I’ve ordered here several times, because of luncheons at work and this was the place that was picked. I’ve ordered wedgies, hoagies, paninis and the bread is always over-toasted, dry and hard. Every time. Yesterday, I ordered one of the«Succulent Turkey Hoagies.» There was very little turkey in it and I felt like I had a hard roll with mayonnaise for lunch. I don’t think I’m going to order from here anymore. even for work luncheons when we order out.

Food’s great, service sucks. The BLT pizza is awesome!!! Chili cheese wedges were good but not enough wedges and too much Chili… have also had the«wedgie» which is a sandwich served on a small pizza folded in half. very good. Honey mustard chicken salad really good, generous portion of chicken tossed in honey mustard(good honey mustard, not the cheap stuff), served with a pita looking piece of pizza like bread. Seriously though, the food is great, love the pizza crust, nice and doughy… but I must say… when I had called for delivery, the girl who answered the phone was SO rude. She had the biggest attitude!!! So not cool. I had called back to verify one point of my order also and she answered the phone, «yeah hello???» I actually had to ask if I had the right number! Also, was quoted 45 minutes for delivery which came a little over an hour and a half later. very irritating. Food was warm at best. Aside from the horrible customer service and long wait for delivery(I literally live 2 minutes away), I will order again because the food is awesome; but next time I’m definitely picking it up.

We called to have 2 pizzas delivered last Tuesday. it was 9pm and the menu said this place closed at 10, so we called and placed our order. They said it would be here in 30 mins, which was reasonable. At 9:45 we called back to find out where our food was and we were told that the delivery person left 15 mins ago and should be there soon. We thought that was weird because this place is located less than 2 minutes away from us. We called back at 10 to find out where he was with out pizzas and no one answered. I started making dinner because I figured we were not getting our pizza tonight. At 10:30 they showed up with our pizza, which was still warm but very soggy. We asked why it took over 1.5 hours to get a pizza and the delivery guy just shrugged and didn’t answer. We did pay the $ 30 for the pizzas but did not leave a tip. We will not be ordering from this place again.

Great staff good prices. The food is not 5 star but it is a lot better than a large majority of pizza joints in the region. Big daddy and wings are always great, cheese fries would be on my top list but they don’t give you enough for your money.
