Fiorentina Italian Kitchen

Been eating here for sometime. The pizza is really good and the salads too. The buffalo chicken wrap is one of my favorites. I tried the pasta Alfredo. Large pasta portion, very little sauce so I don’t bother ordering pastas. Great place otherwise.

3 hour delay for delivery. Their online delivery system failed early in the day but they did not disable it so they kept taking in orders on their website. 1.5hrs into the wait and we finally called to inquire and they tell us about the problem. They took the order via the phone and we waited another 1.5hrs for delivery.

My boyfriend and I tried this for the first time on Friday. We both were beyond satisfied! Not only were the people personable and kind, the food was amazing! My boyfriend ordered a steak and cheese sandwich. He says, «it was one of the best he has ever had» and he is not big on steak (trust me) so for him to say that means a lot. I ordered the shrimp scampi and a side of chicken parm! They were delicious! Today is snowed so I ordered the shrimp scampi again! I feel bad I made the driver come out in the snow but that shrimp scampi was so good! We will definitely be coming back again to try other items too!

Tried this place last night with a friend. Pretty much a take out place with a few tables. Still we ate in. Looking at the pizza options only– so many great «recipes»… I wanted to try them all. My friend chose the margarita pizza and although typically boring/​common, this pizza was delish. I know all their other stuff has to be on point. I’m so excited to have a new AWESOME thin crust pizza joint. Gourmet type thin crust. Delish. Just get delivery or carry out!

I would like to give more stars because some of the food here is good. Salads are excellent and a real value. Decent Italian style Pizza… hard to find in the area but there are other options if you’re willing to drive. The chicken fingers are made fresh and really good!
But the problem here is that the customer service can be very inconsistent. I might be hard to please, but some of these guys just don’t appreciate where you choose to spend your money. And then when they nickel and dime each and every item, and overcharge you to boot– they treat you like you’re the one robbing them?! Eh… management should look into this. But then again– it starts from the top, and I can see some of their team is frustrasted. It shows in the service they deliver too. Too bad– but I’m going to take my business elsewhere.

Ordered from here a few weeks before Christmas, and sorry for the delay in posting. This place is one of the best pizza joints in Fall River. Service is fast and friendly, and the pies are hot, and awesome. We will be back!

I love the food here and every time we had take out this was our go to restaurant! We have take out 2 or 3 times a week ! I went to call in an order and all of a sudden THEY DO Not DELIVER TO WESTPORT! And we are great tippers! So watch out you may be the next town they give the axe to!

My hometown is Chicago, where I’ve eaten a lot of pizza and Italian food. In over 40 years of lengthy visits to family in Fall River, I never found anything we would call pizza until this place. Their pizza is great, they could sell it in any major city. I order online, never had a delivery problem and I am a frequent flyer. I have had their meatball parmigiana with tortellini which was also great. Clean, reliable, prompt.

This is our go to for pizza, pasta, or salad. Absolutely love the chicken broccoli pizza! The salads are always fresh with crisp green lettuce. Prices are a little high but not unreasonable for the quality of food you get.

Called for delivery today, quoted 45 minutes to an hour, no problem. Called after an hour & ten, said ours was on next delivery, called 40 minutes later said our food wasn’t even made yet. TERRIBLE service, if you’re slammed stop offering delivery. We would have picked it up instead of writing this bad review. Haven’t ordered from here for a long time when it used to be one of our go tos, now we NEVER will again but WILL tell others about your delivery practices.

The chicken parmigiana was draped with a veil of melted cheese and blanketed to the chin in homemade tomato gravy. The chicken cacciatore mingled with sliced mushroom steaks, lush green pepper, and sweet onion was a dish the Last Supper would envy. You know you’re getting stellar food when the side of crusty, pillowy-​soft, warm bread is something you could live on for the rest of your life. They did it. Yes, this is the place for Italian food in the Rivah. Buckle up this baby tight as one of Fall River’s glittering gems. Bravo, bitches!

Great pizza, so many different specialty pizza’s you’ll never try them all, but enjoy the ones you do. Also have a variety of Italian foods and subs. They also deliver for free which is fantastic. I get food from here very regularly and have never been disappointed.

Fiorentina’s is, without a doubt, the best pizza place in the area — not just in Fall River — better pizza than Brick in New Bedford for sure.
The food is delicious. Favorites include the Chicken Caesar Salad (the dressing is incredible — you have to try it to understand, it’s not that cloying Caesar with the gritty quality — it’s fresh and lemony and creamy — absolutely delightful — and the chicken at this place is delicious), Spinach Wrap, Cheese Lasagne, and every type of pizza we’ve tried.
They are quick, friendly, and remember you after a few visits. This place has a great neighborhood feel but I’d recommend trying it even if you’re outside the delivery area. Worth every penny.
They also do catering sizes — I ordered a large pan of lasagne for a party one time and it was a huge hit.

This is a new update. I was aggravated last time and wanted to give them 1 last try. So happy I did. I ordered Sausage Parm with ravioli and a side order of Chicken Parm to split. It was so good!!! And they remembered they owed a soda and were very nice on the phone. Delivery was on time with a 45 – 60 min quote and these roads aren’t the best right now. Delivery driver very polite. I’ll definitely order again

Best option for quality, delicious pizza delivery in Swansea.
We ordered a Margarita, cheese, and Meatlovers. All 3 were very good. The crust was great, pizza was not greasy at all. The meat was a little to salty to me but everyone else liked it.
I was going to order online but when I called to ame sure they delivered to my house, they said it is better to call and order. I called and we had delivery to Swansea in took about 40 minutes.
Overall, good service and very good food.

Stopped in the other day and ordered a veal parm sub delicious nice and tender and bread was xtreamly soft will be stopping in again

A mixed review I think pastas are under seasoned my boyfriend loves it portions are HUGE… I’m a big fan of the fiorentina pie … They also have a great steak sub… The fish was not my favorite disliked batter. overall okay will order again for pizza steak subs delivery was about 1 hour

I really enjoyed their specialty pizzas. However, my recent phone order was terrible. The person who picked up the phone was screaming at me because I couldn’t hear what he was saying. It was very rude. I think however much I enjoy the food I wont be calling back.

Many years ago, my family ordered from a new place in the city called Fiorentina Italian Kitchen. The food was OK, but nothing special. Fast forward to 2014 and an internet savvy Mom is scoping out the local Facebook groups and reading all of the wonderful things being written about Fiorentina’s. «We have to give it another shot,» she said. I agreed, and we quickly placed a takeout order over the phone.
One thing that’s different about Fiorentina’s is that they deliver all over Fall River as well as Somerset, Swansea and Freetown. Also, they have a large catering menu with several different authentic Italian dishes to choose from. By authentic, I mean legitimately from Italy. They all have very thick accents!
Mom decided on an order of curly pasta with meat sauce ($ 7.99) and I chose the medium calzone with pepperoni, spinach and black olives ($ 10.99). For a side we went with the meatballs parmesan ($ 4.49) and for dessert we ordered the tiramisu ($ 3.50) and a slice of cheesecake ($ 3.50). Our total came to $ 32.60.
We waited an average amount of time for the food to arrive. Everything was still hot and looked — and smelled — amazing. My medium calzone was very big (if you’re one person, this size is plenty) and stuffed with spinach and black olives … but no pepperoni. Oh well. The taste was excellent and the ingredients were very fresh. I also liked that you didn’t have a lot of leftover bread. I hate calzones that are all shell and no filling. The meal also came with a side of marinara dipping sauce.
Mom’s curly pasta was cooked perfectly. It was nicely al dente and the leftovers even heated up well the next day. (Usually reheated pasta gets overcooked.) You could see the chunks of ground beef in the sauce. Mom said that it was very tasty and the sauce was more sweet than spicy. It came with a soft ciabatta bun.
The flavorful meatballs were very meaty and had a thin layer of cheese on top of each one.
As for the desserts, they both tasted amazing. Cool and delicious, the tiramisu had an excellent espresso flavor while the cheesecake was thick and made in the New York style.
This was a restaurant quality meal for sure. You’d never know that you were eating takeout, except for the to-​go containers the food came in. We liked the food so much that on July 6, we ordered a large four cheese pizza ($ 14.99). Topped with provolone, romano, mozzarella and ricotta cheeses (no sauce), the pizza was absolutely fantastic. Even the crust had a great flavor!
We highly recommend ordering from Fiorentina Italian Kitchen if you’re in the Fall River/​Freetown/​Somerset/​Swansea area. We’re so glad that we decided to give it another shot.

We haved dined-​in here once and ordered food from here in the past on multiple occasions and continue to do so. Food and service is always good! I personally really like their chicken parm. grinder. My wife really likes their grilled chicken and salads. Staff here are always friendly, smiling, and outgoing. Overall, in our experiences here it truly is a great place!!!
