After waiting well over an hour for Dr Jefrey Gassman, I was rushed through an appointment, not shown my xrays, and handed a walking boot and told my break was in good alignment and a clean one. When pain continued, I tried to reach the doctor only to be told by the receptionist that I didn’t need to speak to the doctor-​that he would tell me the same thing he wrote, which she read to me. Finally I went to NYC for a second opionion. Turns out the break was spiral, not well aligned, and I needed surgery. The break was in over 6 places –found during surgery. I have since recuperated. I would never ever recommend Coastal Orthopedics. They were less than adequate.

So far not impressed at all the receptionist is a complete idiot asking for referrals when not needed and then arguing how she is god and correct. I had to call the insurance company and my primary just to shut her up and show her she is 100 percent wrong.
Make matters worse the appointment was 8:30 AM and it’s now over an hour later and still no doctor yet. This place is rude and slow both physically and mentally.
