Mihaly Vincze is my regular therapist. He’s exceptional with sport massages. I’m a triathlete who need a lot of work on major muscle groups. He was able to gilet rid of all kinks and knots in my back, shoulder, quad… I visit him twice month. Highly recommended the 1.5 hour session.
This is not a Spa do I couldn’t take a shower, hot tub, etc… but I still think he the only therapist that could help me with my problem.

I had a similar experience to those already posted. I purchased a Living Social Voucher for a massage/​facial/​body scrub in April 2014 with Ruth. I called immediately to schedule the appointment for August (the earliest available appointment). Ruth only asked for my first name and wouldn’t take any additional information. I called to confirm my appointment the week before, and showed up for the appointment only to be told that Ruth (the person I was supposed to see) was not there that day. I called her phone number to ask what had happened; she was very rude, said that I was wrong, and said my appointment was for September 20. Today, September 19^th, I called to confirm my appointment again, only to be told that there were a lot of people with my same name in her schedule so she couldn’t confirm it. Luckily I got a full refund from Living Social.
I would not recommend this specific person, Ruth, at Hair Designs; however, other staff at the salon may be perfectly fine. Ruth’s Living Social and Groupon Vouchers can be identified with the phone number 612−868−2706.

Horrible service. Absolutely horrible. I would NEVER recommend this place ever. I scheduled a massage, body scrub, and facial with my daughter over a month ahead of time. The people working here were incredibly rude, we sat and waited for 15 minutes before they told us that they had to reschedule our appts. The lady tried to tell us that she tried to call us which she lied about. NEVER go here.

My husband bought me a gift voucher through Amazon Local for a massage at Hair Designs Unlimited in December, 2013. I contacted them a couple months later, and had to call back twice to reach someone. No one returned my message. I finally reached a woman, and she told me she was out due to back surgery and she referred me to another massage therapist who was doing the massages. I called that person at least twice, and never got a return call. Finally, I called the initial number and the woman said she would check with someone else and get back to me. She never did. I finally just asked my husband to cancel the voucher and he got a refund.
