I have a delicate lamb-skin leather jacket that I bought in Florence, Italy that I spilled coffee on… all down the front. The ladies at Leather Naturally got the stain out completely. There is absolutely no trace of it! The jacket did not change color or texture either. I don’t know how they did it… it’s like it never happened! I highly recommend this place! Their price was very reasonable.

The stitching on my leather motorcycle chaps was starting to come undone. The repair was satisfactory and quick. They got done earlier than promised and called to let me know. I thought it was a bit pricy($ 25) for a simple repair, but they did offer quality and complete work in a timely fashion.

I had a horrible experience with this local business. I took my boyfriend’s leather medicine bag for repair as a surprise for a Christmas present. I took the bag in 2 weeks prior to Christmas. They indicated they would have to think over a repair for the clasp fix. They called me at the 11th hour, one day prior to their holiday closure, that the bag was fixed. I went to pick it up and their repair was to glue the old clasp together. The thing fell apart when they were showing the repair to me and the slightest amount of weight in the bag would break the clasp. The hinge they fixed also fell apart. They said to me I would probably have to go to someone else to have the clasp fixed. And then, they charged me $ 20…for what?! They didn’t fix my bag and ruined my Christmas surprise for my boyfriend. If they couldn’t fix it right, they should have called me to tell me that so I could have taken the bag to another repair shop in enough time for Christmas. Bad business etiquette and not personable. I would never return. Instead, go to the Italian Cobbler in Westlake. See their review I wrote.
