This establishment has awful customer service. Ruined a shirt of mine and didn’t do anything about. Ruined a pair of pants and a dress, brought the receipts in to show how much I paid for them to refund the clothing. NOTHING. Not even a month old. Horrible Managment and kept saying«I don’t know what you want me to do about it.» Surprise they are still in business!

I’m not sure about the other Unilocaler, they never asked me for an ID. Ever. I like them. They are friendly, quick, very affordable. So far they have never ruined or lost one of my items.

There was a line out the door! They have implemented a new fee for lost receipts. This kinda peeved me. I always leave my receipts at the dry cleaner. There was no mention of it when I dropped off. They also needed an ID card, I come in twice a week every week. I was a little miffed about having to go to my car to get id since you pay at drop off. Now I understand the line! When I got back and showed her«my papers». She forgot about the fee. Since I am a good customer and did not want to delay the ever growing line, I did not remind her about the fee. :)

I’ve been using these folks for a little over 2.5 years and can say I’ve never really had a bad experience. Well, except the one time the lady rung my total up wrong, had to run another transaction through but failed to include both receipts with my order for when I went to pick up my stuff. So when I went to pick up my order the lady basically called me a liar when I said I already paid in full, but gave me my stuff anyway. But that was a single incident out of at least 50 transactions I’ve had with them so I won’t let that deter me from future business. The first time I had my slacks dry cleaned somewhere else I almost choked when I got the bill. $ 4 to dry clean a pair of slacks? Really? So imagine my surprise when I found these folks. If you are really in a hurry you can get same day service but you have to drop your stuff off by 9 am. Typically your order will be ready for pick up the next day after 5pm. They are closed on Sunday, so don’t try to pick up your dry cleaning when you are out on a Sunday afternoon. All in all, for the price they are hard to beat. I’ve never had a pair of slacks damaged in any way, the one time I had some funky creases in my slacks that should not have been there, they took them back and pressed them real quick while I waited. I’ll continue to use these folks as long as they are convenient to get to and I have a need for that service.
