Under no circumstances should you come into this DuDos. Only use the drive through. I waited 20 minutes as the only customer inside for two simple sandwiches. Either the owner of this location needs to be more hands on or the training of talent needs to be better managed. Terrible terrible example of a DuDos.

My boyfriend and I bought 2 bagels and 2 coffees there the other morning. We ordered two large coffees through the drive through they handed us two mediums I immediately pointed it out and showed her the receipt she handed me showing we payed for large. The women rolled her eyes and yelled at the girl who did it, but they fixed it and gave us two large coffees. We made it home, and sat down to eat our bagels. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with plain cream cheese, my boyfriend ordered a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese, but we got the opposite mine had the strawberry, his has the plain cream cheese so we ran back up there to have them fix it. When waited in line(inside) talked to the manager and he immediately said«you guys can’t just trade?» We didn’t reply, then we handed over the bag, the ticket had the correct order just the bagels were wrong. So instead of him reading the ticket he just fixed it and handed it back. We left got home, and guess what? My cinnamon raisin bagel had strawberry cream cheese on it and my boyfriends still had plain. Absolutely ridiculous!

I love dunkin donuts. It makes me happy. The service here is always really friendly, and quick. I absolutely love their donuts, the butternut and blueberry are my favorites! They have fun coffee drinks as well, they tend to put a lot of creamer in their iced drinks, which I love cream and still think it’s a bit much. They also have a decent rewards program, you just have to remember to refill the card on your app to pay for everything. Love the breakfast sandwich selection, which include a few healthier options as well. All in all, its a fun place to get some treats!

Walked in and we stood at the counter for five minutes. No one ever came to the register to take our order. You could hear people in the back talking. The gentleman working the drive thru looked right at us and went back to the drive up and never acknowledged we were even there. Another customer came in but still no one came to the counter. We finally walked out. Horrible customer service.

I went to this store about 6 months ago and it was just okay. We got a bagel steak sandwich. Thought I would give it another go and got a dozen donuts for my coworkers and snuck in a big and toasty sandwich. It was by far the worst sandwich ever. I never pass up food but one bite of this sandwich and in the trash it went. Bread was soggy, eggs were hard and the bacon was raw! Tasted horrible. I don’t usually complain… I just don’t go back.

Best coffee ever. Crystal is the sweetest server and always remembers my order. I stop by there every chance I get.

Never really had any problems here, and I like dunkin donuts in general. This would be 5 stars if they were just a little more serious about the donuts there in terms of available variety and freshness.

All the donuts come frozen. Every time ordered they’re cold and hard. Coffees disgusting. Go to Starbucks or Krispy Kreme.

Meh. I’m a fan of old fashioned donuts and then Krispy Kreme. DD is not my fav, but occasionally they can be good like their pumpkin donut. I don’t like their coffee though.

Donuts were not fresh at 9:0 clock in the morning. Not that soft. Use to be the donuts are tossed after 12:00 am if they are not sold. It appears that they keep their’s and continue selling them. I did have a grilled cheese and that was pretty good.

Terrible. I’d write more but one word is enough. What a sad store with a new location in an otherwise great nationwide chain. How can you be out of almost every donut during the morning, especially where there is no line? Avoid.

This one is new. But it’s also my first go with DD. After 2 tries, I won’t be back. First trip, service was ok, the place was busy… but the donuts were terrible. I ordered a mixed dozen and every single donut in the batch tasted like a salt shaker. Second trip… I ordered a caramel latte(bad bad bad… I don’t even know how to verbally describe the horrendous taste produced). I attempted to order a coffee role… they were out; then an apple fritter… they were out. So I got a strawberry and chocolate glazed. I could not believe they were out of donuts. It’s not like it was 9PM at night… it was 8AM in the morning! You make and sell donuts… offer enough stock to satisfy your customers! Let’s just say that in my opinion if you want donuts the quality of DD… go to a gas station and save yourself some money. Or if you are visiting the Fairview Heights location, go to Krispy Kreme which is only a block away. First of all this new location needs to get it together. Secondly, based on taste I simply cannot fathom the popularity… it’s rancid. And the coffee… ehhh, it’s ok. It’s not what people talk it up to be. My advice: stay away. Go to Krispy Kreme. Or go to the local QT or Circle K. DD is not worth the money.

They need to get their«stuff» together at this location. The coffee is weak and they always get my order wrong. I LOVE Dunkin Donuts in NY. I hope these guys can figure it out. I miss their coffee. The sandwiches and donuts taste good… when they get my order right.

Two colleagues and I stopped in on March 9th around 1:35pm for lunch. We each ordered a sandwich and some doughnuts. The sandwiches were not worth the money Dunkin charges for them. I asked the Store Manager what the refill policy was on iced tea. His reply was, «We do not have one because we are not used to having people sitting and staying to eat.» I didn’t have the nerve to ask him when a policy might be put in place. If this is the best Manager this company can deliver to a brand new store, the shareholders might want to reconsider their investment in Dunkin Brands. My colleagues and I work just down the street from this store and we satisfied our curiousity today by visiting. We will not be back. Our breakfast and lunch dollar will go to a business who truely cares about its customer. First impressions are vitally successful to any new business thriving. Unfortunately, this company does a very poor job in training its staff and my first impression will not allow me to be treated this poorly again.

It’s new so I’ll have to try it again. I love Dunkin especially since they have sandwiches were the rival Krispy Kreme doesn’t. They were out of the 4 donuts we tried to order. I ended up with a strawberry donut and a Caramel Mocha iced coffee. I wanted to try the caramel Turtle but they were out. The girl in the drive through was a little rude, but seemed new as well.(This location opened last Thursday.)Good location and I’m excited it’s here. Just not a good experience this go round.
