Massage Heights (like Massage Envy) does monthly massage packages. For $ 49.99, you can a 1-​hour introductory massage. For an additional fee, you can add on what they refer to as «elevations» — All-​Natural Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Therapy, Reviving Foot Scrub, Revitalizing Face Massage, or Active Therapy. If you have a good experience, then you can join their membership program. I ultimately elected to do so because their memberships are as short as six months and I did not want to commit to a year.
The therapists themselves have been hit or miss. I had one massage that was okay. Although I asked the therapist to focus on specific trouble areas, I received what seemed like a cookie cutter massage. When I returned the following month, however, I received one of the best massages that I have every had, and the therapist specifically focused on my the trouble areas that I asked her to.
