It was my first time out at night in Rochester and I needed a ride back to my hotel. The service was quick and the driver, Bilal, was very friendly. He starts the meter as soon as he figures out your destination and stops as soon as he gets there unlike other people who try to prolong it. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would definitely use next time I’m in town again.
