Great experience and good value, we rented a canoe for the three of us. 90 minutes for $ 30 plus tax. Curtis took great care of us and improvised with a comfortable padded middle seat. The weather was fantastic. Ducks were out on the canal swimming next to us. You may want to bring duck food to make better friends with them!

This place was Awesome! me and my buddy stopped by to Kayak and Brian was super helpful and helped us get comfortable and situated on our boat and even told us some funny jokes! What a great experience.

I thought I would visit this little hidden gem last year on the canal and boy, was it really a hidden gem! Walked up, not knowing what I was even doing. Had I ever kayaked before? Nope. But, Brian was really patient and helped us out and showed us what to do! I really enjoyed my time on the canal and will definitely be coming back this summer!

There is really no other kayak rental places I can compare this place with except the ones from Southern California. But oh boygirl, this is one expensive rental shop. The cost to borrow a paddle boat is $ 25 restricted for an hour and a half. I would not mind paying premium dollar if the equipment is at its tip top shape or at the very least working. … Well lets just say my 7 year old son and 8 year old nephew were so frustrated using the rudder control they were literally in tears. Not to brag but These boys are smart, strong and know how to operate things. I took over a few times and whew! The rudder is just so uncooperative and sorry to say, sucked! I myself was ready to give up and return the boat after 20 minutes of paddling in circles.
In short my son said at the end ‘Mom I did not have a good time.’ The only reason I gave this place two stars was the parking right next to it and Brian who was apologetic and showed concern for the two boys. Other than that, bring your own paddle boat, and even life jacket.
I hope it gets better since I want to rent the kayaks next summer.
