Purchase some boots here during summer, it is nice they had some in stock. Customer service was very good

I don’t know how to private message you. I called the corporate office and was told you would call me. I have not heard from anyone.
I was told someone would get in contact with me. I still have not heard from anyone.

So apparently, even if you buy the last pair of shoes here and it’s been on display, they can’t give u 10% off, says Terri. Which I personally think is BS. Not to mention after we bought the last pair of Ugg slip ons at full price she forgot to give us the promo gift if u spend $ 50 or more. This isn’t the first time I had an issue here. During Xmas we ordered some Uggs, and they barely had it arrive on time, even though they gave us a guarantee of arrival. At least that time they gave us a discount for the inconvenience. I think this time proved to be the last time for me. Plus, what kinda business isn’t willing to make a customer smile and leave satisfied for a tiny little discount? Trust me, it’s not that much of a loss.

I purchased some clogs for work that were a bit tight. The sales lady did try to convince me to get a bigger size but I was sure the one I bought would stretch. After a couple days at work they were killing my feet. I took them back and did not have my receipt. The same lady who helped me the first time happily exchanged them for a size larger. Unfortunately their store was out of stock in my size so they offered to have them mailed to my house. One day latter my shoes arrived. So comfortable and supportive. Price was worth every penny! Thank you nice shoe lady!

Really appalling customer service tonight. I had never seen this particular girl working here before. When I entered the store she was hunched over leaning on the front counter looking at something on her cellphone and didn’t think to stop a soon as she saw me enter the store. I approached the Birkenstock section and after a minute of browsing I said «wow, none of these are real leather? What is this, microfiber?» She glanced over at me from where she stood behind the counter and tried to tell me they were nubuck. They were not nubuck. They were something very obviously synthetic. Then I wandered over to the men’s Birkenstock section. I found a pair of black leather Arizonas that were exactly what I had been wanting. I asked the girl who never left the counter «what is the smallest size these come in?» She replied «well they’re mens sizes» I said I was aware and repeated myself «what is the smallest size they come in?» She then decided that size 40 was the smallest size the Birkenstocks came in. That was a lie. How do I know? I’ve bought three freaking pairs of Birkenstocks at this store in the last 2 years. Every one of them was a 37. I told her this too. At that point I was so annoyed with her outrageous lack of knowledge in the field of work she’s in. This girl was full of it. I had to stop myself from asking her how the hell she even got the job. Unbelievable. I have experienced great customer service on all other occasions at this store but today just blew my mind. What a waste of time.

I have purchased several pairs of shoes here in the past. After having a baby I found that my feet grew. I have to wear orthotic type shoes so I came to Takken to buy some shoes. I was met with a terrible sales person (wish I grabbed his name) I told him that I had grown about a half of a size. He measured my foot and told me that I didn’t need a new size. Now I have over 100 pairs of shoes in a size 8. I think I would know if I fit in those shoes. I told him that I wanted to try on a size 8.5. I picked over 8 pairs of shoes that I liked and asked him to try them on. He came back and told me that the did not have my shoe size in any of the shoes. He walked around the store and came back with some old lady shoe and said «well I have this in a 9». Not very helpful since I don’t wear a 9. So I said, «so you don’t have any shoes in my size?». He rudely replied, «we have shoes in your size but not any YOU like.» To boot, while talking to me, he started talking to another customer while he was in mid sentence with me. I told him never mind and that I would just order shoes online. He had the gall to ask if I wanted to order shoes through him. Are you kidding? I would rather just order through Zappos. I would not recommend this place anymore. I used to be a decent place to get shoes but clearly the sales staff aren’t interested in selling shoes.

Very knowledgable and helpful staff. Went in looking for a specific shoe, which they were out of, and they didn’t try to sell me on another product/​brand. They just answered all my questions about the shoe and even suggested some other places where I might find it. They have a pretty large selection of shoes for people on their feet all day.
