We dropped off several shirts and a dress. It was immediately apparent that the dress had not been cleaned or even pressed. Some of the stains that had been pointed out on the shirts remained and they had even more creases then when we dropped them off. Not to mention their services are way overpriced.

I have been a loyal customer here for 4 years but am taking my business elsewhere. I will very much miss Jennifer who was always so friendly and helpful; she tried to help as much as she could. I can not begin to understand how they can fail so miserably at quality control. At least one out of every 5 shirts we drop off, without stains, gets returned with large oily like stains. They wash out but why should I have to rewash a shirt I just paid to get cleaned… How can someone, in good conscience, be ironing a shirt with HUGE oily looking stains without doing anything about it? But even worse is the pressing… no quality control here… I don’t think they actually press the sleeves and frequently shirts get returned with pressed creases in the back where they do not belong. I discussed these issues with the owner on more than one occasion but to no avail.

Overpriced and my clothes never come out quite right. They always come back with creases where there should be none.

I left a jacket with them for dry cleaning and they returned it to me without actually cleaning it. The lady at the store offered half store credit after talking to I guess her supervisor which I declined. They just lost a customer
