As a recent empty nester, Sanddollar Development built a house and it is the perfect home for my wife and me and also great when our kids come for a visit. The floor plan is well designed with creative ideas for a family room/​kitchen, galley bar and a formal living room.
The second floor has three bedrooms complete with well appointed bathrooms. The tile selection and glass showers are perfect.
When looking at the house before buying with the developer, the 3rd floor was a bedroom and office. We did not need another bedroom and needed a spacious home office. It was agreed that the wall would be removed and Tom Mason accommodated all of our additional closing requests.
From the ouside our house is attractive but not too overwhelming. Inside you find everything anyone could ever want in a well appointed floor plan.
