I had a pretty bad experience with Pacific West Property Management as a tenant. You can read about my experience here:

I also want to note, that after posting my feedback on Google, they emailed me, and threatened me with legal recourse, and blackmailed me with the monies that are owed to me. I still haven’t received money they owe me and have kept a record of all the voice-​mail, and emails they’ve sent to me (including ones where they promise that I’ll «hear from their lawyers about my internet based feedback).
