Nail 2000

Good, cheap place to get nails done and they have good hours (no Sundays though). The woman doing my nails took her time, did a good job and even offered a third coat which was nice. The other woman working there though (I believe she was the owner, she wasn’t doing nails, answering phones and generally seemed like the owner/​boss) was pretty rude. A couple of young women came in for mani/​pedis and weren’t happy with the color selection, so they politely declined and left, said they would be back though. They couldn’t have been nicer about it but then the owner proceeded to talk crap about these 2 girls with another customer after they left, saying she hadn’t heard of something so ridiculous before, she couldn’t believe how rude those girls were that they left because of the nail polish selection. She even turned to me to try and get me in on the smack talking… I didn’t bite. So unprofessional.
To be honest, I thought it was a little strange, but I gotta say, I have never seen such a crappy selection of nail polish at a nail salon so you kinda can’t blame those girls if they were looking for something specific.
I won’t be back, just for the fear of what they will say about me when I walk out the door! Also, the place had the strong chemical smell since they do acrylics all the time. It’s just not worth saving $ 5 on a mani pedi. There are like 8 other nails salons in a ¼ mile radius.

Not for me. I am looking for a new nail salon in my area (my usual place changed owners and has never been the same). Sometimes I will take my young daughter with me. So, I am looking for both of us. I will not be coming back. No one spoke to me except to say «what would like, pick your color). The woman doing my nails looked like she’d rather be anywhere than where she was. She answered her phone and was having a conversation while doing my nails. I also felt I was in a time warp. The way they do their manicures was from 10 years ago. I noticed, too late that the instruments may not have been cleaned before use. Also, lesson learned, don’t get a gel manicure unless you have been to place before. I will keep looking.

I’m surprised this place doesn’t have reviews, and a little happy as to keep it as my little secret.
My mom and I go here all the time, mani & pedi for $ 30 and they do an amazing job! I love my nails square and they do it perfectly! I use any excuse to get my nails done here. Love them!
