I always find something I like here. Super helpful when trying to throw a dinner party and need good, but not over priced, wine to match my meal.
I think their prices are good, with many state minimum bottles.
I really like their staff though. Friendly and helpful.
Dan the beer manager helped me pick out some great brews for a friend’s birthday gift.

I just recently started giving Unilocal reviews so this review is for my experience in February of this year. I’ve been holding onto this bad experience. I’ve been here multiple times with my mother when I was under aged. Went in to pick up a bottle of champagne with my 19 year old sister. I asked for help because it was for a dinner party I was going to later on that night. When I got to the front to pay for this $ 50 something bottle they suddenly told me they needed not only my id but my sisters. If we’re trying to run some game, why would I actively ask for help with picking out a bottle? And if it was such a big deal, why not tell me from the beginning? Idiots. Waste of my time.

Best selection in town, helpful and friendly staff. Great prices, convenient location. I go out of my way to go here instead of the 100 other liquor stores near me because they always have what I need at competitive prices.
Those of you complaining have to understand that being tough about carding is essential in a university area, half of the customers I see in there are college students, Mo’s has to watch their butts with all the kids going in and out of there.
I will always love my Mo’s. It’s my happy place.

Was my usual stop to pick up beer or wine after work, until I went in with my husband, was carded and realized I left my wallet at work. Although in the state of CT only the person purchasing the alcohol needs to be carded, the cashier even admitted, «I see you guys in here often» she still refused to sell to us which was incredibly inconvenient. Wont be going back.

Multiple bad customer experiences here. Tried to return a keg from a party and they wouldn’t take it, they even accused me of stealing it. Then I came in with my wife (who is over 30) and because she had an out of state drivers license they refused to sell to either of us, which I’m pretty sure is illegal. Don’t go here, they are jerks.
