Terrible. Took days just to take a link from a watch and scratched it in the process. Not only was the guy at the repair desk surly, he couldn’t even give a solid price quote for a 5 minute job. Of course it came out costing the high end of the estimate. They would not give a receipt for the watch, and i had to call them to see if it was done… even though they took down my number and said they would call. I will never return, especially with another jeweler directly across the street

I LOVE these guys! They do AMAZING work! I just got two antique rings repaired by them and they did an incredible job! Since I moved from NYC I have been looking for a jeweler that can repair fragile antique pieces and I have finally found them. Super friendly and extremely knowledgable. They also have a nice selection of estate pieces for sale on the back wall. I can’t tell you how happy I am with their work… don’t go anywhere else for jewlery repair… for realz. They are easily the best in the area.

Awesome, awesome, awesome — that’s all I can say about Fairfield Center Jewelers. I went here recently and worked with Kim V. to design an engagement ring for my fiancé, Emily. Kim was very knowledgable and friendly, and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure that I knew what I wanted and that I got the exact ring I was looking for. The entire staff at FCJ is friendly, and they were almost as excited as I was for the big day! I am looking forward to working with Kim again to pick out our wedding bands. They are a total class act at FCJ!!!
