Over priced and they will over charge you for EVERYTHING! Owner is so greedy and money hungry. They have no appreciation for regular customers and they take advantage of the fact that the people who work here have no other options. SOME of the food is ok but man only if you’re desperate and don’t mind paying big. Even if you bring you own cup they will still charge you 50 cents for the ice even if you’re buying a $ 13 meal. They will charge you for anything they can. I wouldn’t be surprised if they use expired food just to save money. 2 stars is only for the chicken salad, but even that isn’t worth the terrible customer service and lack of sense of community.

This place is fantastic. If you are ever early for your appointment or waiting on someone, this is the café to go to. The staff is very friendly and remember your name/​order. They have the option to order ahead for pick up, which is fantastic in case you go during lunch time (which is their busiest time!). Good coffee too!

Café Venezia is a café and carry-​out in the Prosperity Medical Center professional building. It’s very convenient for coffee, breakfast, or lunch before or after an appointment. The menu has a selection of breakfasts, sandwiches, soups, and coffees with daily specials. So far, I’ve had the coffee of the day (Starbucks) and the Minestrone soup. All good! The sandwiches look very good and I would like to try one. The price range is very reasonable for a café in located a professional building.

Nice little shop for a meal while at the office park. The food is good and the people are nice, my only gripe is the $ 10 min on credit cards (which is a violation of their TOS)

A nice little sandwich /​coffee shop (open for breakfast and lunch) convenient to the various medical offices in the building. A little landscaped space outside where you can sit and have a drink or bite to eat while between appointments.
