I made an appointment on the phone for a home visit, to look at my laptop. They had to postpone once (which was fine), but then the next scheduled day, when they were supposed to come between 11 and 2, they called at 2 and said they wouldn’t be able to make it that day because the workman was at an office and would be there the rest of the day. I told them I’d make other arrangements.
A month later, I got a phone call asking why I hadn’t paid my bill! Needless to say, I gave them a piece of my mind.
