Biryani was not hot as it should be. Got one piece of chicken . Please make it better. Disappointed.

Anyone looking for a well dressed and properly waited indian restaurant shouldn’t be looking at something with the name ‘Biryani’ anyways. Now coming to the food and the ambience all i can say is that the biryani is decent and people who come for the biryani or the buffet looking for a economical meal with good quantity of food should be plenty sufficed and have not much choice given the number of indian restaurants in fairfax but if you are here reading reviews for ‘paradise biryani pointe’ on Unilocal then you should be concerned about your valuable time in the first place which makes my review questionable too.

This place had good Briyani two years ago. The quality is gradually coming down. Now a days I don’t feel like going because of too much salt in food and tasteless. I’m disappointed for the fifth time.

Buffet was very good. Giving 4 stars because they didn’t have good desserts. Chicken Biriyani, Apollo fish fry, Hyderabai chicken curry tastes super good. curd rice was awesome

To be called«Paradise Biryani» is a lot of burden on the shoulders(the hyderabadis know what I am talking about) and this place deserves an applause. We ate in plenty of times and then later decided to have them cater for our parties. The first time we ordered was for my brother-in-law’s 30th birthday for 25 people and it was amazing. They made the best chicken and mutton biryani and had catered to exactly what we asked for in the hot and spicy department. The second time, we ordered food here for our house warming party for 80 – 100 people. We were pretty skeptical about such a large order, but decided to go ahead because we had heard a lot of great things about their vegetarian options and as usual, It turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. The food arrived on time, hot and neatly packed. The menu comprised of vegetable biryani, paneer tikka masala, bagara baigan, aaloo curry, dal, sambar, naans, gobi manchurian, rice and gulab jamun. The owner, Sandeep did an excellent job with organizing such a large order and delivered as promised. They were also kind enough to stay a while after and help set up the trays and food for us. We were asked to return the trays and the burners the next day though. They never fail to disappoint.

I’ve only eaten their biryani here and it’s on point. I love the big portion and it’s very meaty portion. My favorite has always been the goat biryani. You can let the cashier know how spicy you like your biryani up front when you order. The restaurant has a very cafeteria style seating. You order your food up front and then you get a number and they will bring the food to you at your table. I noticed on my last visit that they have buffet line for weekend that I would probably have to come back to try.

I’ve been to so many Paradise Biryani Points but none as good as this one! Some lack the taste and some others fall short on the hygiene. But I’ve never had any complaints on this one. Their Buffet spread is huge and totally worth the price. The starters are great and I keep finding new ones each time I go. So is the main course, tasty and filling! Lastly, their Madras Semiya Payasam which is so worth mentioning, is such a sweet way to put an end to the heavy South Indian meal!

Best Biryani in town. They offer a buffet on the weekend which is of very good value for the money. But if you want goat Biryani you need to go for ala carte.

Terrible attitude. Slow. Mediocre food. Guy didn’t know how to make change. Took him several minutes to count out my change.

This place is amazing and food is excellent. I never had such a delicious food after coming to USA. Veg. Biryani and Paneer Tikka is awesome and irresistible. Undoubtedly Best place to have Indian food in DMV Area.

I was not impressed. We had chicken briyani and chicken 65. Briyani had almost no flavor. It looked like plain rice with chicken in it. A large piece of our chicken was on the bone and dark grey. I just set it aside; it didn’t look appetizing. The Chicken 65 had flavor, very tasty, but the chicken had fat attached and greasy texture — it spoiled it for me. Maybe they have better items on the menu? Bollywood Bistro is further out for me, whereas Briyani Pointe is only about 10 minutes away — still I’ll make the drive to Bollywood Bistro. The server, a female, was very sweet — helpful and attentive — that’s the only reason I’m giving it two stars.

We had Lamb biryani, ckn Biryani and ckn appetizer. All of them were super hot, spicy and delicious. Though we havent dined in, i wouldnt want to sit in here as its dark, dirty and honestly disgusting in here. We had take out and the portions were good, and the service was quick.

The Biryani here is really amazing. Authentic Dum biryani with great spice level. I’ve tried the Veg, Egg and Chicken options and all were consistently good. I’m however not very happy with their lunch buffet though and the service is not all that great.

I have been to this Biryani Point franchise around 20 times and i absolutely love the Biryani. No Complaints. The chicken 65 is awesome too. You have to visit them over the weekend. The buffet is absolutely worth the $ 13. Most of the times they have a birthday party going on there over the weekend because of which the buffet has more items and more desserts for the same cost and open to everyone. Must visit. Great place

The biryani is good, not great. which is surprising considering there’s a Paradise Biryani Pointe in Ellicott City, MD that actually serves up delicious Biryani. Im guessing these places are franchises and the cooks tweak the recipes a bit. The restaurant is huge and serves up quite a spread on their weekend brunch buffet, but I’ve only ordered their chicken and mutton biryanis so far. When they Hyderabadi Biryani craving hits, its serious business. the service isnt great either, the manager always seems like you’re getting in her way and the staff generally just walks around aimlessly. So yeah. Food’s okay… take it to go and eat at home.
