This company does repairs for home warranty companies, so you know they’re not the best. Turns out they can’t even handle that. Called two times, spoke to two different people about my appointment. Zero returned calls, Home warranty company had to switch contractors.

Mr Appliance is my new favorite appliance repair company!!! Great customer service is clearly a priority to them. I called them after another«repair» company sent out an amateur dryer«repairman» to my house. I talked with Greg who was very helpful. He sent a technician out to look at my Whirlpool dryer within the hour. Technician Dave called to tell me when I should expect him, showed up at my house on time in a Mr Appliance work shirt, handed me a business card, wore shoe coverings when he came into the house, assessed the situation, placed the work order for the necessary part, and scheduled the installation. I received a confirmation email from Greg telling me the service window time for the day of the new part installation, including a picture of the service technician who would be showing up at my house. Technician Jonathan called to tell me his ETA, was on time, dressed in his Mr Appliance work shirt, was clearly a knowledgeable and experienced repairman, was friendly and courteous, and got my dryer back up and running easily — Hooray! Nice to find a company that hires professionals to represent them! I highly recommend this first rate company!

Called them @ 8am this morning when another company scheduled to come assess my Maytag washer canceled. Greg said he would try to work me in — he did — Mike came in early afternoon & immediately assessed the situation — easy fix once part comes in. Part ordered — tentatively scheduled for fix on Friday depending on part receipt. Pleasant & professional — estimate was good. I will be calling them for all future needs!
