Smaller store, but decent collection. Every time I come in there is a different sale. Frustrating because products change price every week it seems.

I usually avoid Neiman Marcus, but if there’s a decent sale I will try to catch it. This store is in the price range that the normal NM should be in. $ 60 for most shirts is fair and $ 89 or so for dresses is about right. The store is neat and organized, so that was a definite plus. Found a few items and was in and out in under 10 minutes. If I have time and I’m in the area I would stop in again.

I was very excited when this store opened up in our neighborhood, however have not had the best luck finding deals here! The selection is boring and the prices are way too high! I’d rather shop the Neiman Marcus sale rack. I would like to see them bring more exciting items!

Nice store in what seems like a fairly new retail development in Fairfax. I went here to return some items I purchased online, and to have a watch band adjusted. The sales folks were very friendly.

Lots of clearances always going on but today we went to get Tommy Bahamas shirts which we were told there was an abundance… well when we actually go there there wasn’t a single one and the woman to helped us acted like I was speaking gibberish when I explained what we were searching for and claimed that don’t even carry the brand which I know is not true. It was packed of rushing rude shoppers and I couldn’t find anyone else to assist. Disappointing trip.

Meh. That about sums it up. I’ve actually had better experience and better deals hitting the clearance racks at the regular store. I came in to check it out, but hard to say if I’ll be back. And the staff seemed way more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers.

Cyndy’s Bottom Line: great selection of designers Good place to shop for a cocktail dress or a formal event. They have a small selection of coats, jackets, shoes, handbags and jewelry too. You are bound to find something you like!

Could the staff here be any friendlier?! They were all so nice! Seriously, it’s a breath of fresh air from shopping in the District. Anyway, I wouldn’t say things are THAT discounted here. However, this weekend everything was an additional(minimum) 30% off, so that was fantastic. And the dress I wanted(for that evening’s festivities) was actually an additional 50% off – win! All my friends bought at least 2 – 3 items each, so we definitely had success here. If in the area, I will definitely be coming back.

I failed to use a coupon I had for this store that expired the same week it opened, so I had some lasting resentment that kept me from stopping in. That is, until I needed a fall leather moto jacket. I parked in the garage on this block, and hit up every single clothing store in Mosaic until I hit this one last. Target, Anthropologie, and a bunch of tiny boutique stores… none of them had a single jacket that looked like what I wanted. I had a $ 75 budget, but I also needed the jacket yesterday, so when I stumbled upon a $ 120 jacket that fit and looked great, I was sold. I tried it on on the floor using one of the many mirrors around, which was a bit challenging as the sun was going down and was BLINDING, as it bounced off the mirrors, silver clothing racks, etc. I had to keep my sunglasses on in the store, which made it challenging to peruse all the amazing clothes. They had a couple of full-sequin dresses in the $ 140-$ 200 range that I had to pry myself away from. At check-out, a very nice gentleman helped me out, and informed me my jacket was on sale! Cha-ching! I saved about $ 20 and still love my jacket three months later. I will definitely be back.

I really like this store, and I will most definitely be back! I think this is a great way to score a number of really cute, on trend pieces at a great deal. I went today during the Friends & Family Sale, and I got a TON of stuff for $ 456 — namely, 2 pairs of BEAUTIFUL Badgley Mischka evening shoes, a pair of Sam Edelman platforms, a 100% silk Nanette Lepore dress, a cute casual top, and an faux fur evening shawl. I have majorly upgraded my wardrobe for less than $ 500, and I couldn’t be more pleased! The store itself is in the new and ultra-hip Mosaic District(with free parking — whoo hoo!). It is bright and well-laid out, and there are bargains to be had on many racks. The women’s selection is more than adequate, and the fitting rooms are roomy and clean. The sales associate who helped me was friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. This was an all-around great shopping experience, and I can’t wait to go back!

Forget the«by Neiman Marcus» part. If you’re looking for discounted NM selections, you won’t find many here. If you are familiar with the Last Call website, this is the perfect opportunity to go see the item that’s been sitting in your shopping cart in person, and decide whether the 40% discount they’re having that week is worth the purchase. The Last Call website has frequent«additional XX% off» sales, and they seem to apply the same discounts in store. The selection isn’t huge(especially the men’s section), but they’re categorized mostly by designers, which are clearly marked on the racks. A good stop-by before or after a movie at the Angelika!

Not sure I like this new Neiman Marcus concept. They don’t have any of the real high end items that you see at other last call stores. This store has brand new stuff that they work with the merchants to sell to us for a discount… which is really not that much of a discount. Anyway, the pricing is not the point, the selection is the problem. It is worth a visit, but it has nothing over the regular last call stores.
