I needed to have my car towed from my parents house for repairs, the closest towing place is Georgia Interstate. It was towed on July 2nd. They tell me it’s problems and give me a estimate of $ 570 for its full repair. AC compressor plus a new serpentine belt and a few other things. Monday, July 7th is when they expect to have the car ready for pick up. I call them around 12:30 pm to see what the status of the car is, fingers crossed! The women I talked to gave me attitude and was unpleasant, she told me they had just received the parts and were going to start working on it in a little while. Tuesday, July 8th. I call back at 1:30 pm to check the status of the car again. Now she stumbles over her words and tells me that they got the car in yesterday, but the repairs were more complicated than they thought and it wasn’t ready yet. I believe that she was lying and they hadn’t actually got to my car on Monday. She told me she would call back later and actually got my phone number this time! No call from her on Tuesday. Before being dropped off at work, I drove by and checked that my car was actually in their garage and it was, thankfully! Wednesday, July 9th. A full week from the date I had my car towed. I have still received no call from them, how surprising! I call them up and my car is finally ready. It cost less than expected: $ 554 and there was only 2 hours of labor counted in my bill. $ 65 per hour. The last time I had a car fixed here, they actually lost our phone number and gave us a little discount because the car was there for a day longer than it needed to be. I won’t be returning, I just don’t like the front desk person, if she was more pleasant and was truthful there might be a different ending to this story.
