I love the fries. So delish! Not too crazy about the burgers but I have it anyways.

I honestly think Five Guys puts out the best burgers in the area. Made to order with all the toppings and fixings you could ever want. I like the free peanuts to nibble on while you’re waiting for your order. Consistent, speedy service, and juicy grilled burgers. I rarely eat burgers, maybe one every 3 or 6 months. I always come back to Five Guys.

Get here early to get fresh fries, great place to seat, and sensual music during your lunch break. The fries are below average for me. Not impressed by the taste but I will say I paid for a small size but receive enough to cover a large! I’m just saying! Also a very clean space, especially the bathroom!

Do yourself a favor and make the trip to Springfield. This Fairfax one doesn’t even compare. It’s just not as good and service is incomparable. I liked the burger but it just doesn’t compare to the Springfield one

Always good. I usually take my order to go. They’re quick and get my order right every time. It’s a go to lunch spot for me.

I love Five Guys Burgers and Fries. Talk about a quick, inexpensive meal, this is the place. I have been there many times, even at times that were crowded. The wait for your food is super fast. They have peanuts to eat while you are waiting(not the best place to go if you have a peanut or nut allergy), and a great selection of sodas and Gold Peak ice teas. My normal meal is a Bacon Burgers with a variety of free toppings and an order of Cajun Fries, usually with a small drink since refills are free. The restaurant is clean, bathrooms typically as clean as a bathroom should be, Best fast food type of burger place in town. Highly recommend!

Great service and they were really fast with getting our order ready even though it was really buy in there. Honestly, I don’t like their food much but that’s just me. I’d rather get my burgers else where. They were clean and the staff was very welcoming and the gentleman at the cashier was joking with all the customers and it lightened up the room. If you like 5 guys, definitely stop by here.

Been here a handful of times. Solid location, good food, never too long of a wait. One problem: no honey mustard. 4⁄5 until they get honey mustard.

Longtime customer, this is one of the best locations around. Always spotless, well-stocked, clean restrooms, great service, and an exceptionally pleasant staff no matter who you talk to. Our favorite 5 Guys! PROTIP: You can get any burger without the bun, just ask for a bowl, or you can get it wrapped in lettuce(my fav)

Expensive. Stopped in for lunch. Wasn’t really paying attention. Menu had a cheeseburger for around $ 6. I thought that’s not bad for a ‘combo’. Nope. My drink and fries and tax doubled the price. $ 2.39 for a fountain soda? You have to be kidding me. Place was spotless but the price will deter me from ever returning. I can get a burger and fries in a bar for much less and spend the remainder on a beer.

Love five guys burgers. I feel they give less and less fries now though. I ask to drop the fries while I order on the phone but they rarely do that and I have to wait for fries while burger sits getting colder. But again the taste is great here.

Place is great, the line goes fast and food is good! If you don’t know 5 Guys, it’s time to try it! My only problem, and this is just feedback ok? is that the peanuts always taste old and if they’ve been left open for days, don’t get me wrong they’re free so I shouldn’t complain but this is just something I want to share with them. Can’t wait to come back!

Ordered a burger and fries. Burger was good. Looked in the bag while I was eating my fries and there was three bugs in my bag of fries. I like five guy’s food but after seeing that I felt sick. I will prolly never eat at this location again.

NEEEEVER had a problem with this place, they have good food, work quickly, and are nice! I’ve had the burgers which are delicious and filling, but my personal favorite is the hot dogs and fries on a nice day with friends. Keep up the good work guys!

After going back recently for my fix of Cajun Fries and All the Way Little Cheeseburger, I was pleasantly surprised at how much cleaner it was. Previously, I had taken exception to the dirty floor and tables, but this problem seems to have been fixed(at least for that shift). They were pretty busy, but still had someone out on the floor sweeping under recently vacated tables and wiping things down. I’m super pleased that I won’t feel compelled to go the extra distance to the Fair Oaks location any longer. Yay!

After all these years, Fives Guys still rocks. I very rarely eat beef, but I couldn’t resist the Five Guys cravings any longer. To be honest, I went for the AMAZING peanut-oil fries(a «regular» order serves two people), but the burger knocked my socks off. I hadn’t been to Five Guys since probably my days of frequenting the one in Blacksburg during grad school at VT. I had forgotten just how good these cheeseburgers are. If you’re an amateur, know this — «little cheeseburger» means single, «cheeseburger» means a double. What do I love so much? This beef doesn’t taste heavy or frozen. The toppings are free, and there’s a long, long list. They use FRESH jalapeños. I usually go with those, hot sauce, onions and lettuce. It’s the bomb. The only downside is the night after I had Five Guys, I had«beef dreams.» I had strange nightmares all night long and woke up several times.

I like to think of myself as a Five Guys connoisseur — I’ve been to the first when it was the only one and have been a fan for years. I think I’ve visited at least 20 Five Guys across numerous states and locales. However, I could never understand why this branch was always empty, so I decided to try it out. My mistake. When I entered this five guys, there was literally only two other customers. The ordering process was uneventful except the cashier didn’t seem enthusiastic about the food. I ordered about 50 $ worth of burgers and fries for me and my friends. While waiting, I took some peanuts.(Not unusual from what I’ve seen in any Five guys I’ve been to). The order took less time than I thought, so instead of throwing away the peanuts, I asked jokingly if I could take the leftover peanuts with me(I already besmirched them, and it would be wasteful in my book to just throw them away). To my surprise, the young man behind the counter told me «no, peanuts are for dine in customers only.» Like I totally just stole from them… Then I noticed this is the only five guys I’ve seen without peanuts on the floor… Sorry Five Guys, if you are going to skimp on me taking 7 leftover peanuts, count me out as a customer. I feel that recently Five guys franchises don’t have high quality control and that they are resting on their laurels. This experience really left a bad taste on my mouth. I took a bite of my burger(which, by the way was’nt up to par with other five guys in the area) gave away the rest to my friend. Also, my order was totally messed up, some burgers had the right toppings, and some did’nt. Even though all the toppings should have been exactly the same. I don’t think I’ll ever be back to a five guys because of something as small as peanuts. What a shame.

Aside from Ray’s Hellburger, Five Guys is the best burger in the area, and this location is no exception. Don’t come here for the vegetarian options(do they even have one?), and for the love of all that is holy don’t get the large order of fries unless you have at least four people in your group, and then one large order will do. This is a fairly new location, and it has an extra wall of windows since it on the end of the strip mall, so it is lighter and cleaner inside than some of the older locations. The only downside is that during busy times this parking lot can be a little tough.

Five Guys is definitely not In-N-Out but it hits the spot. I always get the little cheeseburger with grilled onions, mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and mustard. I like the regular fries but they are always too salty. I like the bun because it’s always soft and I love the grilled mushrooms.
