Robert is very patient and supportive.

Amazing place. I was a bit skeptic about the whole body wrap but I decided to give it a try. Robert was beyond any customer service I ever had. He showed me the facilities, asked me about my goals and he didn’t pushed me for the expensive treatment.
They have infrared saunas, there’s one where you can relax and watch a movie or listen to your tunes, or you can work out in the sauna! They have 3 types of body treatment, the M’ills wrap is the one with quickest results for it only last a week, an infrared treatment for specific areas (including your face) and the last one, is the whole body transformation, where they use a infrared machine and you can burn fat and firm the skin.
And of course, after each treatment you can work out in a different room.
Highly recommend this place.

Great place and super helpful Robert!

**I have been ‘obese,’ in pain, as well as depressed for more years than I can count.**
Working with Robert at Atlas Bodyworks, he has helped to develop a plan to get me more in shape and to loose the most weight quickly with the least to no pain to my joints possible. Working out before the treatments, doing the treatments, then doing stretches and light weights to move the lactic acid from the muscles.
From personal experience, this works! The sauna is better than Xanax (truly, without feeling groggy, just super relaxed!!) And the body wraps I have noticed a toner appearance almost immediately (I do the sauna 3x’s a week and the wrap 2x’s a week.)
Just this week alone, with eating well: gave up processed foods at Roberts instructional video’s, no longer eating milk/​milk products or meat (Robert is concerned about my protein levels so I’m supplementing,) and the exercise regimens/​Infared sessions, I’VE LOST 13 POUNDS! 1 WEEK!!! Now, I started ‘obese,’ but I refuse to continue being unhealthy and unhappy.
I thank GOD that he gave us Robert’s expertise and caring. Also, that these sessions are so much less expensive with MORE reward than doing those crazy and sometimes deadly stomach bypass surgeries.

Its the perfect jumpstart or addition to any workout regimen and I am very pleased with my results. It is wonderful to go on my lunch break and rid my body of all the stress and toxins I accumulated that day. I leave there refreshed, energized, and driven to continue not just my time there, but also motivated to continue with a post-​work workout! The owner, Robert, is not only very personable and interested in seeing his clients succeed, but is also well versed in his field and is constantly providing support and advice to help his clients’ lead a more balanced and healthier lifestyle.

This is my first Unilocal review which reflects how strongly I feel about Atlas Bodyworks. Robert is a true professional and not only knows the reseach supporting infrared sauna and Formostar body wraps, but he is also incredibly compassionate and dedicated to customer service. My schedule can be quite unpredictable and he has worked with me numerous times to help me maximize my monthly membership. I sought this treatment intially as a one-​time birthday present to myself and as I mentioned, I purchased a monthly membership because I have never felt more relaxed than after visiting Atlas Bodyworks. I encourage anyone seeking infrared treatments for detoxifcation, stress relief, weight loss, and recurrent pain to visit Robert at Atlas Bodyworks. You will not be dissapointed!

I just had the BEST massage of my life. Was in terrible pain, stiff neck, back, shoulders… referred pain in face, arms, and hands is now GONE! Going again on Monday for an infrared sauna and another massage. I’m a professional musician, have struggled off and on with repetitive strain injury. This is the best massage/​body work I have ever had. THRILLED! Thank you, Robert!

I’m so happy to have found such a gem of a place! Not only is the location easy to find, it’s very clean and not within a spa or a salon. Robert is more than knowledgeable on what his business provides to the public and his motivation also comes from personal experience which is rare these days. I’m an active individual that’s not looking to benefit from the weight loss aspect of infrared heat therapy but all the other health benefits I know I’ll gain from each visit. I’ve gone twice thus far with a Groupon promotion, but I’ll be definitely investing in a package or a membership in order to continue aiding my body to function more efficiently and as a preventative measure by regular visits to Atlas Bodyworks.

I have Lyme Disease and other health issues, The bodywrap and Sunlighten Sauna are the best ways I have ever found to detox my body. I have gained feeling in my toes that have had neuropathy for 15 years! I also have been able to get my cholesterol into the very good range (previously was borderline high). I credit much of this to regular sessions at Atlas and the knowledge that the owner, Robert W. Has imparted on me.

The facility was super clean. The owner was very friendly and informative. I did the Hi-​Q sauna so it was fun to detox and workout at the same time. I couldn’t have had a better experience!

I love the infrared body wraps! They relax every muscle in your body and you get a good sweat all while burning a ton of calories. Robert is great and provides you with great information to help decide between the saunas and the wraps. On days when I take a friend the sauna provides us with a way to catch up and lose weight. Can’t beat that!
