Budget Blinds

Roger who owns the Stafford office is great and so is their product. I have ordered blinds from several other vendors and have had quotes from many others. They are always the cheapest. At first I was hesitant until I saw a friend’s blinds and I could not believe the workmanship and quality of their product plus the install was very clean. I was easily persuaded and ordered from them. The lag time is typical from the business about 6 weeks. They included the removal of my old blinds and the install took several hours for the main floor of our house. We did have several issues, however they handled the issues and we got a great product at a great price.

We worked with Budget Blinds/​Clifton for windows in a town home we just moved into. Lauren was so courteous and professional in all our dealings with her. Her price was very reasonable and she gave us a very nice discount for being a new customer! She was so pleasant when she came to measure the windows and it took no time at all. The blinds arrived in a couple of weeks and were installed by Julio. He was very efficient and was done in no time installing with no mess left behind. Budget Blinds/​Clifton provided outstanding and unique service and support. Needed new blinds for a home in Woodbridge, VA that we purchased in 2014. The existing honeycomb blinds were 15 years old and in bad need of replacement. One blind was not working correctly. Contacted Next Day Blinds, Lowes, Home Depot and several other vendors. No one was interested in making our broken blind serviceable, just selling us a new blind. We were getting new windows and were going to buy blinds for 5 large windows later. The owner of Budget Blinds/​Clifton was very willing to drive out and fix our broken blind for a very reasonable price. She had to order parts and made two trips to get it squared away. A few weeks later we ordered blinds from her company. Her price was much more reasonable than any other estimate we received from anyone. Excellent products, outstanding service. I recently moved into a new place in Clifton. Needed blinds so started to shop around. Went to the mega home improvement stores, sat down with someone who scheduled an appointment with me with someone else who then tried to schedule appointments with me again. so that was a NO GO!
next was the one whose name says Next Day I could get blinds. Walked into the store and was told that if I go and measure my own windows and tell them how many they are and pay 50% upfront, then and only then they will come and measure and give me final price. well the process did not sound it was ‘next day’ at all!
driving home noticed Budget Blinds car in front of me and told to myself why not, lets make a call and it was the best call I made. Its locally owned and operated by Laura who is a SUPER nice lady. She called me and setup an appointment on a weekend, came to my house and measured the windows and brought samples with her too. She priced it for me a couple of days later (There are a lot of windows) and even brought back more samples as to make sure I was liked the choices that I had made. The products were ordered and two weeks later she came here herself with her installer and installed all of the blinds. NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE. and guess what. her prices was not bad at all either.
This is how businesses are supposed to be. So if you are looking for blinds, call her, that would be the best call you ever make!
