Been here many times and it’s hit or miss. A simple classic roast beef is ok. Trying something like the smokehouse bbq brisket today only to get home & find out they forgot the bbq sauce. It’s overpriced, a very long wait & usually something incorrect with the order. I give up.

I went in around late April and things seemed fine, the bathrooms were a little dirty but everything seemed cleaned and the customer service was great, as well as the food. The employees were great and seemed to be well managed. I love going to arbys and would do so a lot, but went in the other day and the crew looked much different than I remembered before. There was some guy calming to be a district manager who seemed to be on drugs or something. The lobby was dirty, there were marks on the walls(as if they haven’t been cleaned in a while) and the windows look horrid and the customer service went from good to just horrible. The employees now seem to not know there job. They do not know how to substitute condiments off a sandwich like I normally get, which would normally get a Turkey Ranch and Bacon with no onion or ranch the employees there now can’t seem to figure out how to make my order as I have always gotten it. My wait time went from around 3 minutes(on average) to a whole 10 minutes and it’s because they told me «we forgot to drop your fries.» I tried to get the distract managers attention but he seemed to just ignore me and blow me off as if I didn’t matter. I won’t be going back to Arby’s anytime soon. This place went from great customer service and food to just awful. I won’t be coming back. I dislike having to wait longer than I should have and I do not like getting my sandwich the wrong way. Do not waste your time here you will have to eat at a dirty table, wait either a very short time for a simple sandwich or maybe 10 – 15 minutes depending if they happened to remember your order(because doing your job is hard to remember) and if your order is correct there is a 50⁄50 shot. You might get what you order or might get what you did not want. Again, DONOT eat here, it is not worth the time and you can spend your money elsewhere and get better service, eat in a cleaner restaurant/joint and get your food much quicker and accurate.

This is the worst Arby’s that exists! I arrived twice in one week to find the door to the dining room locked 15&20 minutes before it was supposed to close. The second time I could see the employees behind the counter laughing and carrying on and I knocked for 5 minutes until someone finally came and unlocked the door. The employees and manager on duty were rude and belligerent that I would knock and break up their party as they obviously did not want to do their jobs. I have called the owner 3 times and emailed corporate twice and received no response. I will never go to ANY Arby’s again period! They are already losing money and I hope they go out of business entirely since they could care a less about customer service!

Clear and fast. Usually empty so it’s awesome for lunch. Last one in the area, as enjoy it while it’s still here. Most the one in Filson that went away 15 years ago.

I’ve been craving Arby’s ever since I saw that Girls Next Door episode where Hef and the girls get out of the limo and go inside and get hooked up with tons of extra stuff for free. I’m running around my living room, picking up after my newly-walking 10-month-old daughter, wondering why these rich people get all this crap for free that they don’t even need. Why should the rest of us subsidize a meal for those hookers? My daughter is almost seven so… that’s how long I’ve been resentfully craving a beef and cheddar melt for. So I get a beef and cheddar melt, she gets a Jr. bacon cheddar melt, and we share some curly fries. I have a feeling that at least one of the clerks was new, if not both, because after one accidentally rang my card for six cents, it took them literally eight minutes to figure out that they could rectify their error by charging my card for the remaining balance. I was considering getting out of my car and directing them through the window, but… no. At some point I was actually starting to get amused, wondering how long it would take, and how many times my card would be charged. (The answer is two, but I was refunded the six cents in cash, so it was eventually done correctly.) Since I know that high turnover is included in the very cheap price of my meal, this does not factor into my rating. The food was just nowhere near as tasty as I remembered it being when I was a kid. There literally was not enough meat on my sandwich for me to taste it, although there was liquid cheddar dripping everywhere. And as I shoved my mouth full of cheap bread, all I could think was, «Mmm, yoga mats.» But, if that doesn’t illustrate how bad the food was– even my daughter said, «I took a few bites of the sandwich so you’d know I tried it, but I really didn’t care for it.» How can a bacon and cheddar sandwich be so bad that even a six year old doesn’t like it? I had to have a bite, and then I was like, «Oh, yeah, I totally get it.» The food was lukewarm. I’m not sure if this was as a result of it sitting on the counter while the payment situation was figured out, or what, but if I wanted to eat lukewarm food, I would have another child. I’m just saying.

I have had issues with this location before and always say I will never go back and then they come out with something new I just have to try. Why bother? Alex served us today and let me say he needs a beard net. The food as always was good, but once again left with no Arby’s sauce or Horsey sauce or napkins. We went inside to look at the menu and of coarse the shake machine was broken. We asked for a manager to complain about the amount of flies and was to no manager was on duty. When we left Alex gave us our food and told use if we didn’t like flies the drive thru is always open!!! REALLY! So I called as soon as I got home(less than five minutes) and the manager answered telling me they have flies because the back door was left open yesterday and she doesn’t know why. YUCK!

I used to love Arbys. I used to go to the one in Carmichael, but it closed down. It looks like they transfered the staff to the Arbys in Fair Oaks. The same lady is always working by herself, so im used to waiting about 10 minutes for my order. However lately that lady has been rude. She didn’t have our order correct and when my roomate and I got home and ate we both were very displeased. Our food was cold and stale. Ive noticed Arbys going downhill. Youd think they might lower their prices to get more business. Ill be sad to see Arbys go, but I think thats what will most likely happen. Bad service and bad food lately. Arbys needs to get back to the way they used to be.

Place is always good to stop by and get a roast beef sandwich only two stars because the drive-through is really tight and narrow

GUILTYPLEASUREALERT! So ya this place is definitely not the healthiest option around but man do I love them. So far it’s been favorable visits. I’ve used the drive thru only so I can’t say anything about their inside service. I always get the same thing too so I can 100% guarantee you an Arby’s Original Roast Beef with nothing else on it. Ha. I docked one star only because the drive thru is so dang slow. Other than that prices are great, the location is semi close, and food has been consistent!

ABSOLUTELYTHEWORSTMANAGERINTHEWORLD. I was extremely appalled when the male manager, who’s mother is his boss, called out an employee in the dining area where customers were eating! REALLY? Not only was he repdemanding her, he was swearing while doing it. Almost every table was dirty or had trash on it. I cut lunch short, walked up and asked him if they had an office he could conduct business in… his answer was no. Seems to me that couldn’t be right. I had to cut my conversation short with him, but not without telling him his behavior was very inappropriate. Sadly, he actually waved me away. Never again. 0 stars.

I am sitting in the drive thru right now. have been for about 10 mins now. The speaker on the drive thru is broken. The employees are arguing at the window. Super apologetic now. sigh. I love arbys food(regretfully) but this is kinda sad. Will still continue coming though. Isn’t that bad typically

Fast food does not apply here. I’ll preface this review by saying I’ve been to this location a handful if times. Each time I hoped the service would get better. It didn’t. Each time I’ve gone to order, the person at the window seemed more interested in their cell phone(texting and even talking on their phone while handing me my order). On 2 sesperate occasions they got my order wrong, the first time I was missing a dessert, the second time they gave me the wrong sandwich. When it comes to the food. It’s what I come to expect from Arby’s, so no complaints there. Finally, be prepared to wait anywhere from 5 – 10 minutes for your order. It gets a 1 rating because when they get my order correct, the food is good. But the service and efficiency needs an overhaul. I hope management does something. I won’t be back to find out if they do.

I’m not sure how anyone can say this place is clean unless they live in a pig sty themselves! The food is good here but the smell and look of this place that is in badly need of a remodeling overhaul is enough to make me drive to another Arby’s instead. The seats and floor are sticky, smells like old fryer oil. It’s just nasty!

I read all of the bad reviews, so was reluctant to try it when my lunch companion suggested we eat here. We’ve been here twice now. He gets a BLT thing he asks for specially, its not on the menu. I got the beef and cheddar first and the turkey and cheddar second. Both were good, standard Arby’s fare. The place was clean, the service was quick and the staff was pleasant and courteous. Maybe this Arby’s made a change for the better. I certainly will be back if it’s convenient.

Made a quick dash on the way back to the office for a salad for lunch. There was no one in the drive-thru yet after placing my order I still had to wait nearly ten minutes for my salad. I assume because of the time it took to get my order that each salad was made to order but they’re pre-packaged so this place gets one star for slow service but redeemed another star because the salad was good. The customer service was even less desirable, lack of clear diction on the drive –thru intercom system and insulting me by asking if I wanted fries and a drink with my SALAD… who does that? ! I do not eat at Arby’s enough to compare their service to a sister franchise store but if this experience is indicative of the chain as a whole, I’ll pass. K.j.

Do NOT bother. Wife ordered the jalapeño poppers and requested some ranch dipping sauce. Opened the container and it was ROTTEN. I don’t mean a little off, I mean full on, separating, smelly ROTTEN. I’m writing a letter to Arby’s corporate about this place. It’s been 20 years since I’ve been to an Arby’s and it will likely be 20 or more before I ever go back again. UPDATE: Received a response from the franchise owner who offered. Get this. MOREOFTHESAMEFOOD! I told him that we would be happy with our money back and nothing less. Have not heard a word from him since. Goes to show you what has happened to customer service these days.
