Sexy Nails II

This place doesn’t even deserve a star, unfortunately I had to put at least one to write a review. This was by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to in my life. All I wanted was a nice relaxing, enjoyable pedicure, because I am pregnant and just needed some time to relax.
This woman literally cut my nails, and that was it. She put polish on, and was done in 10 minutes. No massage, no exfoliant on my legs, nothing! You would think the place was closing in 3 minutes the way she rushed this. She literally slammed the nail clipper and buffer after she used it. She obviously did not want to be there.
WORST PLACE EVER!!! Save your time and money. Completely disgusted.
Oh, and to top it off, I spoke to the owner before leaving and told him how horrible it was, and he laughed and just said fifteen dollars. This place is a joke and this idiot doesn’t even deserve to be in business!

Cheap. Not cheap enough though. The place is dirty, and I always feel rushed. I used to go here a lot but recently they have gone downhill. When I got a pedicure, she didn’t try and turn on the massager for me or my friend and when I tried I realized the massage part of the chair was broken.
I watched the girl use the pumice that she used on my friend, rinse it when the lukewarm water in my foot tub and use it on my foot. She didn’t even try and clean any of the other tools she used.
Moral of the story: bad service and dirty

This place doesn’t even deserve one star! I made an appointment for 3 O clock and got here 10 minutes earlier. They made me wait 45 mins and when I asked how much longer they will be they said «i don’t know you will just have to wait» I will never go back again! I’m sure if they keep up business in such unprofessional manner they will close soon anyway!!!

I wish I could put NO stars. I don’t know why I even came back to this place. The pedicures are terrible! Had to TELL the girl to file my toenails, extra $ 5 for callus remover & NO foot or leg massage whatsoever! Don’t come here !

I’ve tried this place before and was not satisfied. Decided to give it another chance. but continues to be a bad experience. Workers are rude and forces services you do not want. Then speak in their native language about the customers. The manager is rude. I left with 1:2 powder on my nails smh

Horrible. Doesn’t deserve one star. Yes, it’s cheap. But they always cut me when I get acrylics. They rush and the whole place is very dirty.

Not a fan of the Sexy Nails chain on Broadway in fair lawn. It’s dirty, loud, and they do a bad job. The last time I got a gel manicure it starting to chip a day after. Waste of 30 dollars

I’ve been going here for a year and each time the wait gets worse. Mind you I make an appointment EVERY time. Started with 10 mins, then 15, 20, 30… Well today I hit my limit.
Really sexy nails? I made my appointment for 3:45 today, you told me to get there at 3:30. I said I was unsure if I could but that I would do my best. I ended up getting there at 3:30, you then proceeded to make me wait until 4:50 when you finally took me and informed me that you did not have time to do the nails I wanted which I get EVERY time, from Andy so it wasn’t a surprise what I was getting… WTF are you kidding me!?! You couldn’t have told me that before I waited an hr and 20 mins?! I will not be going back.

Customer service is horrible!!! Making an appointment is a joke!!! They do NOT appreciate your business!!! Do NOT waste your time!!!

I’ve Been going here for years but the last few times I just wasn’t feeling it… They seem like they don’t clean much these days… My nails do last along time from here hut I always feel skeevy after I’m done… Also they take too long.

I have been going to this place for about 10 years. Always do a good job whether it is acrylic nails or mani pedi. I live in Cape Cod now where mani pedis are over priced for just a nail color change so I dream about this place lol. I wait until i visit NJ about once a month to get my mani pedi’s. at $ 22 for a mani pedi, they really do an amazing job on my cuticles and the color lasts a long time. Everyone is really nice and efficient. I’m glad I have this place to look forward to when visiting NJ.

Sexy Nails is filthy dirty. The staff speak in Vietnamese to each other with no regard to their clients. They use the same dirty instruments and machines on everyone. The go from customer to customer never washing their hands… Disgusting !!! You pay bargain prices but in my opinion it’s not worth it. I got up and left … Not professional, rude and dirty not a good combination.
