Baci’s Pizza

Can’t rate the food because I didn’t get to try it. Placed an order for delivery and it never showed up. Tried calling the restaurant after almost two hours (giving them the benefit of the doubt because it was a Saturday night when I ordered) and no one would pick up the phone. Very unprofessional.

I ordered a plain pizza for pickup. The guy said it would be ready in 10 – 15 minutes. It was. Pizza was average, but not bad in any way. Could have used a bit more sauce, but it had plenty of cheese and a nice crispy yet chewy crust.
The store itself is bizarre. I think it used to be a Chinese takeout restaurant, because it looked as if someone just took out the décor and plopped a pizza place in its spot. A few tables to sit down at, but definitely not a dine in restaurant. There was absolutely nothing on the walls in there. There wasn’t even a menu above the register that you’d usually see in a pizza joint. Just a chalkboard with the places name on it, which seems redundant. I’m chalking it up to it being a new place.
Nice staff, quick service (for pickup) and good prices for a plain pie. Next time I go, I’ll stray from the plain pie and try something more daring.

Ordered delivery from here twice. Pizza was decent but both times delivery took close to two hours when told it would be 45 minutes. I want to see small businesses succeed here — but with so many pizzerias in the area they need to fix their delivery issue or people won’t return.

Shout out to Baci’s for creating a Happy Birthday pizza! These guys are the absolute best and we have been coming here since they first opened. As someone who works in the Customer Service world, these guys go above beyond. I mean, just look at the pizza they created …

Amazing place, good service, kind staff, amazing food, it has it all, very reasonable and good place

I picked up from them 3 times already and every time the food was exceptional.
The portions of food in the wraps & heroes were all very generous,
the prices were right, and the food was very fresh and well made.
I’ll be ordering from them very soon again.

I was there for lunch and it was an amazing experience. The best PIZZA in town absolutely delicious.
