Stood at the counter for over 15 minutes without any acknowledgement. There were several employees there talking to other customers but some seemed to be chatting as opposed to providing customer service. Frustrated that I just wasted time driving/​waiting here and there was no sign that I would be helped anytime soon.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Had my 2 macs updated and restored within hours. I highly recommend them over the generic Apple Store!
Update: received my 2 Macs back in less than 24 hours. Fully updated now and running smooth. Had a very minor glitch with the MBP, called back, Anthony remoted in and fixed the glitch in under 5 minutes. Both he and Larry were very friendly and respectful even in light of my endless silly questions. Springboard beats out any retail Apple Store by a mile in terms of service and convenience. You’re best bet is to go to Springboard first!

Love this store. Whenever I need anything Apple or have any tech questions I only go to Springboard in Exton. The staff is friendly, helpful and really know their stuff. It’s the Best!

this is where I go when I need tech savvy advice, and Apple products. got my Mac here and my laptop. super friendly sales people answered my questions without making me feel dumb. Just got an iPod from them, too. Take my recommendation for sure!

I LOVE it here. I’ve stopped in three times — once for information and twice to actually purchase things (case with keyboard for an iPad and a new plug for my macbook).
The staff is soooo friendly and helpful. They are on top of everything. I’ve never waited when I’ve gone in and they’ve always answered my questions without making me feel dumb. The prices are on point with what I would expect and the bonus — SpringBoard Media will circulate coupons.
Convenient location and a generally fun store to be in!

Went yesterday to buy my son a used ipad mini. Brian Goslin, store manager & another employee helped me. Both were friendly and helpful to this mom who is admittedly not a techie. They showed me two cases (took both out of the packaging) explaining the benefits of each. I completed my sale and left a very happy customer. When I got home, I found a val-​pak coupon in the mail. I called the store to see if they would honor it. Not only did Brian tell me, yes, no problem, he took the discount over the phone and emailed me the credit receipt. He saved me a trip back to the store, which I was very willing to make. Great place, great people. Very happy customer here.

I’ve been to the Exton location a number of times since their opening a few years ago. The people who work at this store are friendly, accommodating, helpful and very smart. Last week, my imac’s hard drive went bye-​bye. I took it to Anthony at the Exton location on Sunday at 5 p.m. He was able to diagnose the problem on the spot and had a new hard drive installed and ready for me to pick up by early Wednesday morning. The price was very competitive and the work performed on my imac was expertly done. While I was in the store Sunday dropping off my imac with the busted hard drive, I was in close proximity to refurbished products. I picked out a laptop, which happened to need more ram (for me) and George did it right then. Not only did Anthony repair my imac, he was able to save my files (which shamefully not ALL of them were backed up). Thank you Anthony, George, and all of the friendly mac people at the Exton location. I’ve been telling my colleagues in the design industry to use them whenever they need repairs, peripherals, macs, accessories, etc. They are incredible. And the gentleman who rung up my repair carried the imac to my car for me. I will always keep Springboard Media at the forefront of my mind for all of my mac needs. They rock!

Came in with a broken iPhone charger for my 2 month old iPhone, they said the apple 1 year warranty did not cover it? The tech person was a complete smart aleck and blamed that it was broken on me, even though I have only had the phone for 2 months! He then looked put off when I did not buy a new apple charger and said I was going to buy it somewhere cheaper. All the other guys were joking around and talking. No help whatsoever!

I walked into the store and was treated like I was stupid and looked down upon.

When I talked to a guy he kinda just laughed me off. When I explained why I was in the store he just pushed me aside.
This is a authorized Apple repair place. Apple should think twice about having this store represent them.
I walked out of this store getting no help and will never go back.

I’ve been using Mac’s for many years. The few times I needed help it was not always easy to get a knowledgable person to diagnose and deal with the problem. The tech people at Springboard went out of their way to diagnose and get the help I needed. No mystery or scare tactics. Prompt help even over the phone. If you’re getting a Mac product — I highly recommend this place.
I would give them an extra star if I could.

Springboard Media has the best customer service I have come across in a long time. They are friendly and patient. They are knowledgeable, and they have always fixed my computer problems in a short amount of time. I was running out of space on my hard drive, so I thought I would get a new computer… but after running a test on my computer they encouraged me to buy a new internal hard drive, for quite a lot less than buying a new computer. I send many of our customers at our business to Springboard Media. They have reported back saying that Springboard Media is all I said it was. The owner contacted me after seeing my review. He explained the criteria Apple gives them for the type of repairs that can be made under the warranty. He reviewed with his staff ways they could have assisted me with the repair. He compensated me with a $ 50.00 gift card. I remain a fan of Springboard!

Great place… restored my iphone which froze/​died while trying to update to the now IOS 7.0 Going back again tomorrow because it crashed again while trying to update it to 7.04!

Better then Apple Store! Very knowable staff and available. I have purchased two Mac Book Pros, iPad and Apple TV from this store. I ask many questions before buying!

This place is awesome. I had to run in for a Christmas gift, but didn’t get there until after closing hours. The clerk reopened the store for me, and didn’t rush me at all. They have a great selection of products, and it’s a lot more spacious than the average apple store.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle free apple product purchase!

This is the only place I would ever buy an Apple product or anything else they sell for that matter. I went there several times before buying my Mac and everyone there was incredibly helpful and that customer service has carried on after the purchase too. I’ve had to call several times for help and they are always more than happy to help and never try to rush you off the phone. They also provide free classes. Everyone there is great.

Way better than Apple, staff is very friendly and helpful. And more than just Apple products. All in all great store.
