Great selection, but overpriced. Substandard customer service. They barely seem to notice you there, or seem to care.

Ordered via website and while the item my 8 year old girl so coveted was only $ 17.95 — the shipping brought the order close to $ 30. YIKES.
Meanwhile we HAD to have it — and they shipped it in 3 business days (promised 5 – 7 business days). A great array of educational toys and crafting projects.

Fantastic customer service. The associate walked through the store with me (even smiled at my child pulling toys off the shelf) and helped me pick out a birthday gift for another child. Definitely recommend! Great prices and free gift wrapping!
