Bartlett Tree Experts

This company provided terrible service. The work was done incorrectly and they did not rectify even after my complaints. Bartlett was to cut back honeysuckle back off my fence. They only did half the job and left. The brush that was cut was not cut back far enough so it grew back even worse. More so, a tree, which is dangerous and leaning towards my house, was to be cut down. Bartlett only cut a top branch from the tree. I still have the leaning tree problem. I bought their deer repellant package so they hung wolf urine vials around my yard. It attracted the deer in our area. What a gimmick! Two trees in my front yard were to have «root surgery,» which essentially was a man digging around the mulch under the tree. I still don’t understand what benefit that had for the trees. Their head serviceman was forgetful, nonresponsive, misleading, unreliable and I felt he was very untrustworthy.
