Fantastic thin crust pizza. We were visiting from Philly and it’s better here than at most places at home. Two large two topping pizzas, a chicken cheese steak, and drinks was only $ 50.

Sabatini’s is Heaven on Earth. The bar is spectacular inside; recently renovated, clean, and beautiful. The staff and owner are both always very kind and extremely knowledgeable about the items that they sell. They hands down the best craft beer selection within a 50 mile radius. Sabatini’s bar only sells pizzas and gourmet cheese which is perfect and more than enough. If you’re in the mood for anything besides pizza and cheese, just walk 10 feet to Sabatini’s full restaurant. This spot is absolutely perfect to go on a date, catch up with a group of friends, or just shop for unique to-go brews. There’s often live entertainment and specials on different days, like Taco Tuesdays and Sunday brunch. Sabatini’s is a MUST!!!

To the indigenous population of Northeastern Pennsylvania, Sabatini’s is a landmark in the realm of pizza. The classic thin crust style is as comforting as kielbasa and pierogies in this area. I prefer my pie from here with extra sauce. I find their pizza sauce savory and is in good contrast to a thin, crispy crust. This is a good time to mention that there have been times that the crust was too crispy for my liking, almost charred or slightly burnt. Nonetheless, those occasions haven’t been consistent. Cajun chicken wings. If these three words intrigue you, I implore you to try them here. The sauce is not too spicy but what it lacks in spiciness, it compensates with flavor. The wings came out swimming in this sauce. The excess I find preferable to a miniscule amount and quite better than an overly salty dry rub. The only rub about the wings is that you can’t order them in the bottle shop. You can however, order a pizza and enjoy a craft beer in the beautiful Beer Play Plaza(not the actual name) or a cheese tray and craft beer, or craft beer and craft beer. The choice is yours. However, the full menu is only available at the original location that is conveniently located across the parking lot from the bottle shop. It is very easy to lose some time here if you are similar to me and feel like a kid in a candy store while shopping for beer. Part of it is paralysis by choice. The variety is quite expansive and unless you know exactly what you are looking for, be prepared to take a little bit to choose. Make a day of it. I swear the pizza and wings are good but come on… beer!

The best craft beer selection in the Wyoming Valley, no one else comes close to the variety that they have.

Some of our favorite pizza. Bottle shop is amazing for those who love unique or craft beers. Children love the chicken fingers and spaghetti and meatballs. I have never had a bad dish here. One of the best.

I thought I recognized that beard! Well, I have been coming to the pizza place for a few years now, and I have finally had a sit down experience at the bar in the bottle shop. So now it is time… The good, the bad and the pickle bacon pizza! Well to start, there is nothing bad to really say here. The food is great, the beer selection has always been great(yes before there was a fancy new bottle shop, they always had an amazing beer selection). Let start at the da pizza joint. Without fail, my wife and I get a tray of bacon and pickle pizza. «Gross!» «Terrible combination!» «What are you thinking!» Nope, you are wrong! It is wonderful! I highly recommend it. Try it with a nice Rogue beer. I’ll wait… You need more time because you are enjoying it that much. OK… carry on… Now that you had a nice treat, how was that wait staff? You’re correct it was very good indeed. The staff is very attentive to you and if you happen to have a beer question they can’t answer, they find out for you. I also enjoy the nice wood aesthetics to the place. I really have ZERO bad things to say about this side of the business. Come to think of it, I don’t have anything bad to say about the other side either… See what I did there? I gave myself a nice lead into the bar/bottle shop. At the first kicking open of the doors, I arrived! But it was elbow to ass cheek, so we looked around a bit, got some mix a sixes and went home. It stayed this way for a while so I hadn’t actually had a drink in the joint for some time. But that has changed as of last week. While I’m trying to be all healthy running on the treadmill at the gym, I get a text from a friend. «Where in your neighborhood, as Sabs. Come on out.» «Let me stop being healthy and get right on the beer!» A quick shower later, can’t roll with the smell of beer desperation on me, and I am in the car on my way. As I walked in the lot was jammed! It the bar was filled up, but there were a few free tables. As I walked the long line along the very nice slab top bar I see my comrades at the end. After the pleasantries were out of the way it was on to business. The walls are clad with TV’s as billboards of their sprits and draft beer selection. Great use of TV’s. As I was watching for what would be my next beer adventure I see The Beard! You may remember him form my review of a Scranton based establishment. Well it seems he has moved on to other pastures. After I had my next mission pin pointed, and made eye contact with a bartender, quick as the Flash he was there to get me a pint of tasty brew. As the night progressed conversation was on high, beer was flowing from the nipples of the Gods, and the wait was little more than a minute or two for a refresher. Though it took me some time to get to lay some roots here, it was well worth it. If you are in the area, and want some amazing bacon and pickle pizza and a fine brew, this is the place to park your car and kick open the doors!

This is my favorite pepperoni pizza. The pepperoni is diced which I love. The sauce is great and the pizza is made with a consistent quality. We get the pizza as take out all the time and order it half-baked so we can enjoy it with that fresh out of the oven taste. I’m rating this place as 5 stars for the PIZZA. I cannot comment on other menu items as I go there strictly for pizza.

Bar is gold standard, everything is phenomenal, most of all the beer selection. Bar and taps are sparkling, they care a lot about this place. Pizza is very good, unique and they’ll bring it across the parking lot to the bar.

Amazing beer selection, pizza perfection, and great atmosphere. Great to see a place like this in NEPA, and we’ll definitely come here each time we visit the valley. Cheers!

Well, we stopped into the new place. Boy, they did it up nice. One wall is full of coolers full of beer. A nice bar and a sitting area to drink the beers. We were hoping for something to eat but were told they only have pizza as long as you sit there drinking. If I wanted pizza, I just go to the old place. It’s a novelty idea that I don’t think will last. Maybe if they added burgers, salads, and other items, it might work better. We went in to check it out but I doubt we will not venture back in.

My favorite is the thick crust with roasted red peppers and pepperoni. Not too thick, amazing sauce. Love that they put the sauce over the cheese! Try it. You won’t be sorry.

I am obsessed with the new sabatinis beer place!!! Amazing! The selection for beer is out of this world! Atmosphere is truly great and warm and cozy. Try the ROOTBEERBEER because it’s to die for!

The service is good but the food gets a thumbs down. The thin crust pizza I ordered barely had any cheese or sauce and had a burnt smokey taste. It was also a bit soggy. The only redeeming quality is its selection of beer.

If you haven’t been to Sab’s new bottle shop/bar & you call yourself a fan of good beer shame on you! It’s located directly across the parking lot. I’ve had beer & pizza there 4 times since it’s opened. The beer selection at the bar & at the bottle shop has the market in the area. Nobody in the valley has Sab’s beat currently in beer selection!

Sabatini’s pizza is excellent! Their sauce is a bit sweet with a slight tang. Their crust is very thin, making for a crispy exterior. This isn’t your typical cheese-over-sauce pizza; you’ll get some bites that are just sauce and dough and some that are just cheese and dough. Beware, this place only takes cash. They have an ATM on site with a $ 1.75 service charge. Lots of beer, too, available for takeout. Plus, they’re always quick– 15 mins from call in time to take out. My absolute favorite pizza in the area! I also love their Texas Chicken Cheesesteak!

I still love Sab’s. I probably always will. However, I really have to dock a star from them just like another reviewer because the last few times I’ve been there(thee or four times in the last three months) have been pretty sub-standard. A few things have changed for the worst: 1. The wings! The last time I ordered them, they were undercooked and rubbery, and the scorcher sauce was mostly oil or butter… in other words, the sauce didn’t stick to the meat at all and had very little flavor. Neither I nor my friend could eat them. 2. The SERVICE. Hostesses are fine, but every time we have a certain person waiting on us, we are completely forgotten. She either needs fewer tables or needs a second server to help her out, because my experience has been the same as another’s recent review: orders are forgotten, drinks take over 40 minutes to get to the table(my beer was WARM by the time I finally got it last visit) and you’re lucky if you can get refills on anything. I love Sab’s, and I have nothing against this server, but my long-time love for this place is no longer bandaging the wounds of the poor service I experience almost every time I visit.
