I wish Me N Ed’s corporate office cared anything, at all about the standards at this location. It’s consistently terrible, this is the third time we’ve dealt with slow & terrible service. We learned our lesson about dining in, because they will serve everyone before you, delivery, take-out etc. We sat for over 50 minutes, while people came in, ordered and received their pizza before us. When we talked to the cashier, they said they were just about to get our pizza in the oven and then they explained they were really busy with all of the take-out and delivery orders. So, apparently dine in customers are worthless and they will take over an hour to get you a pizza that takes 12 minutes to bake. We then decided to only do take-out, still disappointing, with huge lines building up and an assistant manager who avoids customers at all costs, she also doesn’t like to identify herself with a name tag, like the rest of the staff. The poor nice little teenager, was trying to deal with all of the upset customers, while she hid out. She was finally forced to identify herself and lend a hand, once demands for refunds started. Anyhow, it’s very apparent Me N Ed’s won’t care about this location, until the sales go down. We’ve basically decided to give up our lifelong love of Me N Ed’s while living in Exeter and learn to like a different brand of pizza, until we move closer to a better one.

Worst business ever. Walk across the street from the job site to get a pizza and takes 52 freakin minutes to make a small pepperoni pizza… Waisted my whole lunch and came back 22 minutes late and definitely wasn’t worth the wait. Worst place I seriously have ever been to.

Let me start off by saying it was a very long wait when it was very slow… employees are young and seem to not care much about good customer service or making sure customers get there pizzas served hot… I ordered my pizza over the phone. got here and paid. sat down for over 45 minutes and people who came after me were being served… then I find out the pizza that was being put on top of oven when I arrived was my order… so my pizzas sat on top oven for 45 minutes. not counting the 20 minutes that had already passed from my call order… the kid that was at the register knew I was there for pick up. how can you not see a customer sitting there waiting when it was very slow… horrible service… please hire people who take jobs seriously… hope it gets better .I love me & eds but the one on mooneys in visalia.1st time here in exeter

I’m a resident from the LA county but since I was traveling up north I decided to check up some pizza nearby, so I found this place because people said it was the best pizza in town. Well as I begin to order my pizza on phone they asked me what would I like as I soon he asked for my name(which is Elizabeth) I had to repeat my name to him 5x and spell it out too. He was very not professional or friendly. Plus one hour and a half to get delivered !! I rather had called pizza hut or something. After i waited i got my pizza the sauce tastes like it just came from a can and they just dumped it on the pizza. I just think they should have better customer service and better ingredients next time. Im never coming back here.

Me n Ed’s should disown this location. Really bad. Over cooked. No Iced Tea. No raspberry tea. Salad was fine, but pizza is the star of a pizza place, and it was a flop.

I’m normally a big Me N Eds supporter but I can say without a doubt that I will never come to this location again. The service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I placed a take out phone order and was quoted a 30min wait time with seemed rather reasonable for a late order on a Friday night. The problem is when I came in to get my pizza it hadn’t even been made yet! The lady behind the counter confessed to me that a large party came in AFTER I had placed my order so mine was never made. I then sat and watched while they made 3 other pizzas before mine, beyond frustrating. I would have felt a little better if I had gotten my ranch for free or even a small discount for having to then wait an addition 20min in the restaurant. Well either way my rating reflects this specific location and not the company as a whole.

Worst Me n Eds location ever. Worst Customer service. I love Me n Eds but this location always burns the pizza, or gets the order wrong. i stopped ordering from them and decided to give it another try. I asked them nicely if they could make sure the pizza wasnt burned. This time the pizza wasnt burned but there was a big hair in it! I give up on this place and their sucky customer service.

Service was great and pizza is made fresh but because its made fresh, i expected more! It was very blah. Not enough sauce, pepperoni tasted like something that was baked in the microwave, cheese didnt have much flavor, outter crust was cooked but inner center crust barely was. Over all pizza just didnt have much personality. Ill stick to Little Ceasers

Seriously, this Me n Eds blows. It takes like an hour and a half to get it delivered. Granted I could drive but both the other pizzarias here manage to get it to me quickly and cheaply. I usually order during football games so I don’t want to drive to get my pizza. Most of the employees look like they hate their job when when I do go in(which I did since it was only 20 mins for pick up.) Its unfortunate because VIP and Hole in the Wall are much friendlier. I love Me n Eds in general but these guys gotta get their act together. All things being equal Ill give my money to the local guys and enjoy their hospitality.

Horrible service, whether you call in or dine in. We have tried calling numerous times and wait and then get hung up on. The pizza is just ok… drive to Visalia if you want Me n Eds or try Hole in the Wall or VIP in Exeter. I can’t believe an owner would allow this kind of service.

Yes, you can get a pizza for $ 10 elsewhere; but, is Little Caesar’s really pizza? This is a classic California pizza. More of a crisp crust, sweet and spicy sauce along with quality toppings. Great place to bring a lot of people.

Several valley locations, they easily beat the larger chain and mom-and-pop pizza places.
