Great selection of fruits, vegetables, baked goods and meats from local farms. Favorites include Greek lamb sausage from Riverslea Farm, scones(sweet and savory) from Figtree Kitchen, and soups from The Soup Guy(two thumbs up for the Cuban Citrus Black Bean) You can also pick up a growler or two of beer from Throwback Brewery. Vendors are friendly and the location at Swazey Park along the Exeter River is very nice.

been twice this summer. lots of local earthy-crunchy type farms selling amazing-looking vegetables, flowers, and even a local brewery was included in the works. nice walk along the river, too. second time we went(last thursday, aug. 8), weren’t as many vendors as the week before. cool that they have a table set up where, if you use SNAP(food stamps), you can get tokens to be used at the market to those tables designated as taking them; didn’t see too many tables with signs saying they accepted them, though. all around, nice summer experience. especially good for photographers– the colors of the ginormous veggies and wild flowers is photo-worthy. definitely worth a stop-by.
