5÷5÷2015 I purchased my dream car, Nissan murano. The car had 114,000 miles on it, fully loaded. I found the car on the Carfax site which included the report and there were no major repairs or any accidents with the car. John got me financing and worked with for the down payment. The car drove great. I had a few minor issues that happened after the three month warranty. Leak in the power steering container. I took the car on a trip to Maryland. And the next Monday the alternator went. nect the check engine light came on. I took it to Autozone and I had all transmission codes. My heart dropped and I lost it. I reached out to John and all he could do was apologize. I reached out to nissan. And was directed to have a diagnostic done. 125.00 later I needed 6,000 worth of work done. I needed a new transmission, transfer case and control arms. So I had a car I loved but needed major work done and a payment I was responsible for. John only offered to help me getting it fixed but it would cost me!!! John also gave me suggestions that would have been considered insurance fraud. In short I had the car for 3 months and I couldn’t use the lemon law because it was over 100,000 miles. John honestly just gave me a look like there is nothing I can do. I’m a single mother who needs a car to take care of my kids and go to work. I would never suggest going to Whitehead motors because you will get screwed. John got his money so he did not have a car in the world. You would think a reputable business owner would go above and beyond to stand behind his product. No not with this guy he will take your money and won’t look back.
