This service is great!
Spent the whole time (under an hour) chatting it up with Jeff (iCrack Tech) and the next thing I knew, my sons iPhone was repaired.
Would definitely recommend Jeff and iCrack to everyone and he comes to you!
If you only have one device or multiple devices, iCrack can accommodate. Ask about their bundle plans.
Certainly deserving of a 5 star review.

I tried to contact their insurance claims department for the last 4 days and it just rings for 5 minutes and hangs up on you. Everyone else is of no help and just tell you to call that number.

Jeff Chen, my iCracked technician did an excellent job on fixing my cracked iPad mini screen. The service was very convenient, fast, and affordable. Jeff was very responsive each time I reached out and very informative and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions and was great to work with. going into this I was skeptical with using this service since you never know who you can trust nowadays. I did my research and Jeff also did his part in giving me assurance in this service. I am glad I took the chance using iCracked and I would totally recommend this service to anyone.

Jeff, my iCracked repair tech did and excellent job at repairing my faulty iPad. He conveniently met up with me and went through all the possible charges of what it would cost to repair. Thanks to his great service, what could have been a repair that cost over $ 100, he charged me only $ 50. I greatly appreciate his service and will definitely return for any future repairs.

Jeff Chen did a fantastic job on my phone. My phone was destroyed but fortunately while on vacation in Hawaii we found out about iCracked and called. Within an hour Jeff gave us a call and was very easy to communicate with. Jeff set up a place and time that worked for us so he can come meet with us and fix our phones. It took him less than an hour and my phone was good as new. He also gave us a good quote and the price met with our standards. I strongly recommend calling iCracked and asking for Jeff Chen if you need help in the Honolulu area. Couldn’t be happier with the result. Thanks Jeff
