Nothing special about this place. I like Coda coffee, but this wasn’t has good as I’m use to. Prices are a little high, but it’s Evergreen. That should not be the reason only to charge higher prices. The food and coffee need to be exceptional.

First time in the door… We were super happy to see it open on a national holiday… The place was busy but felt a little scattered… Odd there was no cream out and we didn’t get the warmest smile upon our request… Good news is the coffee was good! large selection of baked goods also…

Bring your cat to Ever Bean! Boyfriend and I stopped in to EverBean to recaffeinate and enjoy some patio sipping at this adorable coffee shop. The staff was friendly and nice, my Americano was hot and perfect, and the patio relaxing. I think the highlight of our day was the cat someone brought to this coffee house on a leash. I have seen it all.

Honestly, the best part about EverBean is the beautiful view of Evergreen Lake and the cozy space. I ordered an iced latte which ended up being a watered down drip coffee with a splash of cream in a hot drink cup. Not a single barista cracked a smile, or even managed to say«you’re welcome». If you’re in town, come for the view, but get your caffeine fix elsewhere.

Just stopped in for a quick afternoon americano on a break from a spirited mountain motorcycle ride. Their decaf espresso is swiss-water created… always a plus, and the banana bread was really nice also. Sat out on the quiet patio and enjoyed a picture perfect day. Thanks, EverBean, for being a part of it!

I got the trainee. At least I got to see how they train new employees. Coffee drink was ok. They don’t seem very knowledgable about their coffee. They had 5 or 6 selections at least one flavored coffee. When I had a question the answer I got seemed pretty vague. Don’t really answer the question tho. I would have liked a menu with the coffee selections and maybe some flavor profiles or at least origins. Most coffee shops here in Egreen feel like they r run as a business but no passion for the coffee. Little pricey here but given the location I understand. Vail roasters is a good company so that’s a plus.

The coffee is not good; weak yet burnt and just generally un-tasty. They also use Hershey’s syrup for their mochas, which is really unfortunate. My mocha with extra espresso tasted like hot chocolate. I won’t be back.

The Roma panini is delicious! Totally hit the spot. They have a good selection of paninis and a few soups to choose from on the lunch menu, and plenty of tasty-looking things on the breakfast menu. The coffee is solid too.

Coffee by the pound is VERY expensive at 15 $. I felt the last time I was there the counter help wasn’t knowledgeable at all. I asked her for a list of the beans they sold, and she didn’t know what I meant. After asking her three times another counter person came over and helped. But again she didn’t know about their beans, because I asked for low acidity one I had read about online and neither of them knew which one I was talking about. They also have no milk option for me, as someone who is allergic to milk and then SOY and NUTS(which are VERY common allergies) I have nothing to get here. Places really need to get a non soy, non nut, non milk option. The Silver Delight is AMAZING
