Chase Bank

I never thought I’d write a review for a bank, but I guess I will. I was unsure how I would like living near this bank, but I am now thrilled to have it in the neighborhood. I switched from TCF checking to Chase checking and savings account and have not looked back. What always amazes me about Chase is that they treat you like a millionaire no matter who you are, always with respect, and they take the time to cater to your needs no matter how small. This new and updated location is always helpful, clean, and full of friendly faces who never let you walk in without saying ‘hello and may I help you?’ They are top-​notch. Their drive-​thru with the video screen is amazing and the ATM is great as it counts money, unlike TCF you’d have to deposit the money in an envelope and hope for the best until they count it the next day.
It could have more parking but it is a tight location. Thanks for coming to EP! :)
