I’ve been a patient of Doc Thomas for over 10 years now I think. If you like having a Doc listen to you and actually address your problems, then he’s the guy. I’ve heard a lot of grief about schedules at Everett Clinic Docs being tough to schedule, but I’ve never had a problem getting in to see him in short order when needed. Lucky maybe? I don’t know. The clinic a couple years ago went through a major technology upgrade, now there are charts/xrays/scans linked to/from specialists in the rooms, online portal to communicate with him through the web for prescriptions, questions, etc. The family practice staff gets you in in normal Dr. time with an appointment, 5 – 10 minutes in the waiting room, 5 – 10 minutes in the little room, ordinary stuff. Doc Thomas is a problem solver though, which I like, not a lot of coddling. He’s friendly, tries to keep up on what you are up to, he’s listens well but he’s pretty straight forward and talks directly about options and solutions. He also stays pretty up to date on new studies, research, etc., he’s always bringing up some new study about something or another.
