On October 21st, 2015, I walked into this subway location at 7:50 and was told they were closed. The store is open until 8:00. I pointed out it was not 8:00 and that everything was still out, ready to make a sandwich. I was told again that it was really eight, despite my cell phone saying it was 7:50 and the lone employee would not make me a sandwich. This laziness epitomizes what is wrong with this Subway and why I’ll not be coming back. Owners, if you want to know why your store is always empty and why you’re losing customers, look to your lazy employees who have no concept of good customer service.

wow. so only one sandwich artist on duty. line is growing, but man is he dedicated. he took time for each sandwich. he was friendly and gave generous toppings. and he even had to handle a transient who came in. big props to him for being dedicated to his job and to make all customers happy. the only downside was the long wait, but that’s not his fault… but managements for only having one person on duty! we stayed at the Hampton which is only literally one block away.

Everytime I wander into this Subway I say to myself, «My this Subway is clean.» The staff seem to be friendly and on at least a couple occasions went out of their way to make sure they had the fresh Tuna out for me. They have ample parking and if you buy something they’ll let you use the restroom! How about that for service?

Staff is disgruntled, and shockingly rude. I don’t mean they display the average food worker neutrality, rather it felt as if I had done something terrible to them personally, and they were exacting some kind of passive-aggressive revenge on me. I’m talking slamming the toaster oven door complete with an unnecessary amount of eye-rolling.

Just a quick update: They recently relocated this Subway across the street to a brand new building, and it is now waaaaay less ghetto, with fast service and sandwiches built much closer to the typical«corporate standard» set by Subway. A BIG improvement over the old location that I previously reviewed !!

I’ve worked in downtown Everett for nearly 4 years so I’ve had the chance to visit all of the downtown Subway locations. This location is my «go to» location for several reasons: First off, I love the covered parking, not having to deal with the elements is such a bonus. Also, they seem to have other deals that the other locations don’t make available. The location on Broadway is clean, as is this location. Cleanliness, especially when dealing with restaurants is very important to me. I’ll be back, again and again!

I’ve been working in downtown Everett for over 10 years and have been to most of the local Subways and I have to say this one has to be the best… The location is great and the new parking setup is great… The manager I think her name is Irene, is always friendly and always greets you when you come in… and she remembers me every time I’m there… the place is clean and service friendly and fast… I would say for the best Subway experience in Everett this one by far is the best

Working at the nearby Providence Medical Center for the past couple weeks, this location has been extremely helpful in feeding our staff. They were friendly and easy to order from and our food tasted the same as every other Subway. Don’t know what to say about the location. It’sin a nice building complex and the fact that there’s a shady gas station across the street isn’t really their fault…
