Don’t be fooled by a low quote. We had Chris Covington draw up plans for our home’s structural floor plan. The drawings were rejected by The City over 3 times. He charged us around 300 – 500 for revisions that should have been completed the first time. After our home was under construction, The City once again came to our house to stop the project. Apparently they needed new revisions to Covington’s drawings because it was deemed unsafe. We called Covington and he made some poor excuse aboout being too preoccupied. Never again.
