Both coffees were not made right. Had to wait in line twice. No comp coupons offered for the next drink.

Dropped in and grabbed the cubed cheese/grapes/mini bagel/brie wedge plate along with a grande hot chocolate for breakfast. Delish! Nice to see that this place is still fast and making hot chocolate the way I like it. I use to come here often when I worked in downtown Everett and never had a problem with the service or the food. Ordered the usual grande drip with room no problem, then ask for a large water seem to be a problem for the waitresses bad attitude and service! Reason I go to Starbucks is for fast friendly premium service not attitude!

I don’t drink Starbucks too often, but when I do I expect my drink to be good(what with all the hype surrounding it). But that was definitely not the case at this branch. I couldnt get past the first sip. Craving something fruity, I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie. Whatever was in that cup had no hint of either one of those flavors. Rather it had the consistency AND flavor of snot. Not to mention that the drink felt like it was in between being cold and warm. It was downright gross. My sister, on the other hand, ordered a caramel frap — lots of coffee and milk, but no caramel. Only having realized the faults in our drinks after reaching the car, there was no way we were going to attempt to exchange our drinks with all the people in line. It should have never come down to that in the first place. I won’t be coming back to this Starbucks anytime soon.

This is my favorite Starbucks around. The baristas are always super nice. At certain times during the day, there are huge lines but that is to be expected when you’re so close to so many businesses. They usually do a really good job of getting everyone’s orders out quickly.

Staff is not happy about something. Prompt service but bitchy atmosphere. Glad I had a gift card instead of spending my own money.

This location is always great. The staff are super helpful, patient, and sometimes funny. They know their stuff and give great suggestions if your in a coffee rut and want to try something new. The spot is downtown and is really well suited for the in-and-out professional crowd. There isn’t a drive through and parking is street side. Neither should detour you from giving them a try. They have all the regular food and beverages of the coffee chain and they will make you some off menu items upon request.

Great Customer Staff, and Its nice and Clean on the inside. They seem to know the Regulars which is an awesome sight to see. My Caramel Macchaito was delicious. And made with love.

I never though I’d write a review about a starbucks… obvious reason… it’s just coffee so how can you screw that up? Right? I’m a coffee drinker but I like the one thing that’s in coffee, the Caffeine. I like my coffee black and hot, that’s it. Starbucks is ok, pretty consistent so I’ve always dropped in a few times. It’s a hassle for me because I hate trying to decode all the latte, mocha, triple fat, single shot blah blah blah… ugh. Just give me a cup of coffee. The other reviewers are right, this starbucks is too quirky. The coffee server people are a little high and mighty, it’s just coffee. Stop asking me 199 questions just for a plain drip coffee… What kind do I want? Do I want room for cream? Do I want it 2⁄3 or ¾ the way full… sigh. Here’s my rant. I’ve had to come to this place for a few times due to business in the area. I’ll never go back. Yesterday I was in and asked for a drip coffee to go. Here’s where I got grossed out. The coffee server lady grabbed the to go cup at the bottom of the cup, flipped it upside down and set it on the counter. She then picked up a rag on the counter, wiped her hands with it, then put the palm of her hand over the very top and all of the rim of my coffee cup to pick it up to put it on the coffee fill up thing. She fills it with coffee. Grips it AGAIN by the top, puts her hands all over the lid to press it down and then gives it to me. All I can do is just stare at the cup in disgust thinking of all of the nasty germs gleefully floating around and swimming in the dark brew. I just looked at her and said, «can I please have another cup of coffee and this time, please don’t touch the top rim with your hands. Please only grip the bottom.» Of course, I get attitude, a huuuuugggeeeee sigh and a look of death. She VEERRRYYYYCAREFULLY goes about a big production of doing what I ask. She then sets it down in a huff and asks, «is that ok for you now». I looked her in the eye and said, «why yes it is, thank you.» ANd… by the way. I was a food handler and waitress for 2 years in college and the number one rule in serving is never put your hands any higher than the middle of any customers beverage server. You can easily contaminate the drinking surface by using your hands the way you did. Of course I just got the glare of death as I turned and walked away. Coffee capital of the world maybe, but attitude is plentiful as long as you play by their rules and don’t mix up rules when they don’t like it. I won’t be back. I get better service at AM/PM/

A strange location, I have to admit. But the happy-go-lucky workers, the clean space, the options for snackies, and the closeness to the prestigious tattoo parlour down the street all lead me to point this S — bucks out as a prime spot. Yes you’ll find locals, yes you’ll find first time tattoo victims, and yes you’ll find those crazies they dub«Ever-rott-iens», which makes this not only a Starbucks(the megabucks, Seattle coffee chain), but a true coffeehouse. They don’t mind you stick around and sponge off their free wireless, or that you are reading the paper some guy left at a table when you didn’t pay for it. Something gives me the feeling that the workers at this Starbucks really appreciate your company and there’s really not enough places that I can say that about.

This is my favorite Starbucks. And let me tell you, I have plenty to choose from. Working downtown affords me the option of walking to two different locations or driving to five more in less than five minutes. But I stick with Colby. Why, you might ask? The Baristas. This is the zaniest, friendliest, get it right without even asking, group of coffee servers I’ve ever encountered. They pride themselves on knowing what you like, right down to the amount of room in your americano(extra room? normal room? A tall in a grande cup?). On the rare occasion something goes amiss(Oh, you’re allergic to milk and I put whipped cream on that?) instead of just scraping it off, they start over. They’ve even given my work wooden stir sticks when we’ve run out and the local store is out. Jessica, the manager, is great about donating coffee to local events and has been a huge supporter of downtown revitalization. They rock!
