Performance Radiator

Roughly 4 or so months after purchasing a brand new radiator, I noticed a leak coming from the upper transmission cooler line fitting. When I brought the radiator in, the sales person immediately told me it wasn’t the radiator and it was the line being loose or not properly screwed in… before he even looked at it. I assured him that it was the radiator. He said the only thing to do is pull he radiator and have it sent to Tacoma to be pressure tested. I asked what was I supposed to do until then, and he said i HAD TO BUY a new radiator until mine came back. I was not about to spend another $ 300 on a «loaner». His next option for me was to take it to a repair shop… at my expense!!! I will NEVER do business with these clowns again.

I bought a radiator condenser & fan assembly. The customer service was great, very friendly people! I will recommend this place to my friends.

Very helpful and decent prices. I went in there to get my oil pan welded and they welded it and it’s still working today two years later.

Quick, knowledgeable, great customer service. When I showed up at Performance Radiator, the agent quickly located the right radiator for my Mazda and, even though several customers called in, he professionally asked them to hold while he completed my order, before answering their calls in order. This is the second radiator I have purchased here and because of the good service I have already recommended them to my friends.

Wow, I just got off the phone with these people and Wow, the sales person was reading from a script off the website and at one point told me that my car make doesn’t exist, and promptly hung up on my when I asked for further assistance. The sad thing is these were the people who I was told would have the best solution for my car. Too bad Performance Radiator you have lost a customer.

Helped me out in a pinch when my radiator was stolen from my work truck… Great customer service!
