Pantheon PC and Tech Works

I would not recommend Pantheon to anybody. Cody was unprepared, not having the right tool. Not knowledgable enough about TV wall mounting service. Not on time for the appointment. Not able to finish the job within promised time (took 6 hours for 1.5 hour job). If you want to deal with these issues, then you can hire him.
I was looking for a contractor for TV wall mount service. The location is above the fireplace, since I have tile wall around the fireplace, I didn’t want to do it myself and risking of damaging the tile. I was referred to Pantheon through Geekatoo. Cody, the owner of Pantheon scheduled an appointment with me over the phone, and informed me that I can just go directly with Pantheon and it will be cheaper. Right on top of my head, I was thinking this guy is trying to avoid paying the referral fee from Geekatoo. That’s fine with me, I don’t really care. Getting the job done for a lower price is better.
On the day of the appointment, he was over an hour late and told me that he could find my place on his GPS. So we had to reschedule to a later date. This time he was about 40 minute late. He look at the wall and told me he should be able to finish in an hour to an hour and 30 minutes. He was not prepared, he didn’t have a pencil to mark the spots for drilling. I just moved into the house and I was looking around for a pencil and finally found one in my toolbox. Then he started drilling, his drilling bit was not the right kind (not strong enough for tile), really? Then he went to Home Depot and bought new drill bit. Came back, started drilling, half way from the first hole, he killed two batteries on the drill. he said he could charge them up and get them done on that night. By that time it was already 9 PM. I have a baby that’s in bed.
Ok, so he came back the 2^nd time to finish it up. He was late again. brought the right drill for the job, got all 4 holes drilled, took about 1.5 hours. started to put the bracket on. Oh boy, he missed the measurement on the holes. So the holes are not aligning up to the bracket. the first time he measured it was correct, but he didn’t drill on the same spot he marked. He just drilled without measuring again to double check. He suggested to drill two more holes on the tile. I was like «really», and? Crack my tile? So I just told him to drill two holes on the bracket to match those on the wall. took him another 45 minutes to drill two holes on the bracket. Since he miss drilled the holes on the wall, he missed the stud. He was struggling on how to have the bracket held up on the wall. It was really frustrating when I saw that he just made mistake after mistake. it was about 10PM by that time. he had to come back on another day to finish it up. 3^rd time he came, got it mounted with the concrete anchor.
At the end he offered me to run the wires through the conduit just to make up for all this mistakes, extra time taken, and the frustration. He will return on a different day. He never came back. I called, and texted him. He said he was gonna came back on two times, and agreed on a date, but never showed up.
