We were in line at Lowes with a new garage door opener ($ 250), because ours had stopped working, when Matt from Overhead Door (also in line) talks to us. Long story short, he comes out to our house at 7:30 pm, uses a screw driver for 30 seconds, fixes the problem, and doesn’t charge us anything. He gave us a few tips to tune-​up our door, and was friendly. We will definitely use Overhead Door when we need repairs or parts in the future!

First off, their over the phone service was AMAZING! I was buying a new house and needed an estimate to replace 3 panels of my garage before my fast approaching close date. The gentleman over the phone gave me great info. I then called back and spoke with a woman and arranged an onsite estimate. The estimator met my husband on a Friday afternoon and said if he doesn’t get back to him by that night it would be Monday. Well, here we are over 3 weeks later and still NO CALL! We ended up having the door replaced by another company that our seller was already working with, but what poor service to not even call us back.
