Pizza is great but I just got a delivery and asked the driver to call when he gets here. When he got here he didn’t call and rang my downstairs neighbors doorbell instead then literally tossed the pizza at me and left without a word. I opened the box and this is what it looks like, all the cheese and toppings are slid to one side and all over the box the other side is just dough and sauce.

Terrible experience in a usually decent spot. In their defense, they’re not called Nana’s salads, but I have never had a worse salad– including fast food and the desert. A Greek salad with grilled chicken seems basic, right? Wrong. Every ingredient was sub-par besides the dressing. Iceberg– wilted. Tomatoes– cut days ago and maybe 1 actual slice. Cucumber– old and over-ripe. Cheese– cheap, imitation feta-like. Olives– none, not even one. Bread– on the menu, it said homemade, though it resembled a partially-thawed Subway flatbread. Dressing– pretty decent, but so is store-bought. Now, for the curveball– Chicken. You can’t mess that up, right? Well, I was asked if I wanted it hot or cold. I answered hot, hoping to wait while actual chicken was actually grilled for me. The space-chicken-ish substance they dumped on my salad was cool, not even warm. It was gelatinous and had a film coating the outside. The only way I was fooled that it may have some chicken in it was because I believe I may have bit into a bone/tendon. The fake grill marks were almost insulting. I usually try to find the good in a situation, but in this case, I can’t even say that the staff was friendly when I was ordering. I didn’t send the salad back because I imagine it only would have upset the employees and not really impacted the people who choose to serve bad ingredients. That aside, I will return, but only for pizza or calzones.

This place delivers to Night Shift Brewery which makes it awesome. The pizza was tasty, Sicilian style. Very filling. Also the chicken fingers were good. The service was prompt and accurate. I’ll be honest, I probably would not go out of my way to order from this place if I was not going to Night Shift, but since they do deliver there and I like to go there… I’ll definitely be ordering from there again.

I ordered a Jumbo Pepperoni Pizza slice and let me just say this before I review it — right when I got it and opened the box it was contained in, I was impressed already. The image of the pizza was just delicious. The right amount of grease, a lot of pepperoni(how I like it), beautiful looking cheese, and amazing crust. I got home and feasted on this beautiful creation. Extremely good first bite. The cheese tasted amazing and so did the pepperoni. They got the pepperoni just right and the same goes for the grease. There also wasn’t TOO much grease. When I tasted the sauce, it just added to the already great tasting cheese. The sauce was excellent. Finally I arrived at the crust and the crust was magnificent. I won’t go as far as to say that the pizza was the best I’ve ever had, but it sure comes close to it. Now I know why they’re dubbed«Everett’s #1 Choice for Pizza since ’91». They definitely are.

Don’t use this place. Their drivers and customers think they can use the adjacent bus stop as their personal parking space, impeding elderly/disabled people from safely boarding buses. The pizza isn’t any good anyway.

This place sucks, It sucks to buy food from here bc everything is frozen and infested with GMOs. The doe they use is store In a walking cooler in the basement where some if not all had and have been place next to moldy doe store for God knows how long. Those place sucks, It suck to work here bc the manager won’t pay anyone he don’t like, Like for example me I was hire by the owner who seem nice, but lord I was wrong about those people, I worked here for 5 hrs and couldn’t close bc I live far in Lynn, I let the owner know before he hire me and he said and I quote «No problem…» I told the manager to write me a schedule for when he wants me to work, he never did in fact on of the worker that used to worked there told me that various PORNOGRAPHIC movies were shot at these place after hrs. Fucking gross I’ll never tell my acquaintances to eat here, or even work here for that matter. Don’t get me wrong I still want to be paid for my 5hrs of work or I’ll call the BBB and HD.

The pizza is good, with a soft crust,…but if you eat it right away the first bite takes all the cheese with it, everytime. The cheese breadsticks are where it is at. The calzones are okay but theyre not built that great. Each ingredient is in its own bite ao instead of getting a cheesy steak bite, youd get a cheezy bite, and then a steak filled bite. So basically, good food… could be prepared better… but let me emphasize how amazing the cheese breadsticks are!!!

Guy on the phone was the rudest person, the subs came and apparently«everything» means nothing. I’ll never go here again by how rude that person was, the company should be ashamed.

Gave the Zing Dings and Chicken Tenders a go. Loved the crispiness and seasoning of the dings. They arrived nice and hot during delivery. There’s the standard blue cheese on the side if you’re into that too. However I’m not a fan of the Chicken Tenders. They tasted like chicken cutlets from the store that were lightly battered and heavily under seasoned. They arrived drowning Honey Mustard, which resembled those Sweet and Sour packets from McDonalds. Absolutely no texture at all — just a wet piece of chicken. Next time we’ll just stick with the pizza.

I absolutely love it here. Their pizza is delicious. There calzone as well. I have ordered from here since I can remember and it’s my ultimate favorite. I was shocked to see so many judgments about the bible verse on the box which I love. Since I order from here for the food so don’t really get those unnecessary comments about the verse on the box.

Nana’s is great. One of the few places that delivers to our place. Sicilian is our favorite! Delivery is always on time. We will definitely be calling Nana’s again and again.

You want greasy, traditional American pizza? This is the place the get it:(relatively) thick crusts with crisp bottoms, fresh out of the oven, pepperoni with a nice bite… We went here after an evening at Night Shift — thought we’d get a little late night pizza on our way home instead of ordering in. Our order was simple(Large pizza, half pepperoni, half chicken and broccoli — $ 18), so I can’t speak to their more exotic offerings, but I was very pleased and would happily call this my go-to place when I’m in the neighborhood.

Ive basically grown up eating Nana’s. From eating there, at our home, or at the fields when I played sports growing up. Nana’s is by far best Pizza in Everett. The crust is always cooked great. I am actually sorta shocked at some of these reviews. I cant say I have ever had a bad experience at Nana’s or from them. Ill be honest, I grew up in Everett my whole life and I never(or at least cant remember) ate anything else from there but their pizza haha but its great. No complaints. The owner is also a really good guy.

Did not have the food, but was nearly hit by one of Nana’s drivers pulling out as I was coming back from Market Basket in Chelsea. Then, I guess I wasn’t driving fast enough, so he passed me at about 60 mph on the left hand side INTHEONCOMINGTRAFFICLANE, then he ran the red light at the corner of Chelsea High school. When I called to complain, I spoke with Kayla(sp) the asst manager, who didn’t know when the owner would be in or when the manager would be in and sounded put out when I asked where the business was located. And, when I described the driver, it seems Nana’s has 3 delivery guys all with brown fuzzy beards. Kind of strange. But look out for the drivers who are a really bad advertisement for the place. e
