The inside restaurant is filthy. Maybe instead of having a all your employees behind the counter they could clean.

What a sad, sad place. We’ve tried this McD’s two weeks in a row, on Saturday. Last week, the Playplace was unheated. I don’t mean it was chilly, it is truly unheated. It’s winter, it’s a Saturday, there are families, like us, and there’s no heat in the play area. It may have been 40 degrees in there. The manager told us, and I am not kidding, that it’s because they pump fresh air into the play area because that’s better for children with asthma. Today, a week later, I don’t think the temp is above freezing in the play area. And today, a different explanation: the heating system has been having problems, and the maintenance guy is supposed to come later today. We have three energetic boys with us, and it’s too cold even for them to play in there with jackets, hats and gloves. Children keep arriving to eat and play. They walk into the play area, and quickly come back out. No excuse for this.

The food is the same as McDonald’s. But the customer service here is a joke. No one greets you, no one says thank you, no one even smiles. They stand and talk to each other instead of putting the order together while the guests stand by the counter looking at them all talking to each other instead of working. I won’t come back to this McDonalds again. We only came here because my son likes the play place, def not for the good lol but in the future I’ll seek out other play places where the staff actually acts like they care.

Ya know, McDonald’s wonders why its market share stinks. It’s because of franchises like this one. Tonite’s dinner? A stone cold Big Mac(not even hot enough to melt thin cheese) coupled with over salted and rubbery fries(obviously old). This place is one of the consistently worst McDonald’s ever! Don’t know whether it’s management, workers, combination BUT, if you’re smart, you will go somewhere else(knowing that there are really NO decent fast food restaurants in Everett). Avoid like the plague!

Slow fast food. Parking lot filled with homeless people asking for money. Frequent drug dealing. Stay away from this place.

Usually this McDonald’s is pretty good. Yesterday when I visited there though, they handed me a chicken sandwich with a chicken patty that covered 50% of the bun, or possibly less. It was really frustrating and a slap in the face that an employee would think that was OK… Management really needs to help get their team to the next level by helping them give better customer service. Slowness is one thing, but knowingly sending a customer away with a shitty meal is inexcusable.

Always busy, always McDonald’s. Just what you’d expect! Parking lot has some pot holes so watch out! No issues. Just average.

Manager gave me the ordered food, a sincere apology and a free pie and large fry upgrade for my trouble. Leadership is about inspiring action, maybe she could spend time with each employee reviewing ‘why’ good service is fulfilling to give.

McDonald’s are normally all the same to me. They are fast food joints so I should expect as much when I go for service and food quality. However, it was special morning for our family and my children specifically asked to go to this McDonald’s while we waited to say good bye to their daddy for his long deployment on a Navy ship. We arrived at 4:30am to find the staff cleaning and getting ready for the morning rush. Once we explained why we were out so early to the manager, the staff was all to accommodating. They made sure the play area was open and clean for my children and we were not in want for anything during the several hour wait. Randomly employees would check on us and make sure we had enough to eat and drink while the kids were playing. They even covered the cost of all of our food that day. This location was extremely military friendly and I would be happy to support such a caring and supportive business. Thank you MCDonald’s for making this dreary day into a fun morning to remember!

Food wait time in drive thru was way too long! Breakfast sandwich weren’t quiet tasting right. Pop was not mixed right. But the girl was friendly. This morning at 10:40am

I am a huge sucker! First, this is possibly one of the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. It is typically dirty, with filthy restrooms. There is a changing table in the restroom, but you may just as well smear the dirty diaper on the child instead of placing them on the changing table. A playland is also available. It was last cleaned during the Ford administration. The service is slow on a good day, painfully slow on most. I once saw a guy collapse from hunger on the floor in front of me. He was waiting for his food – a large fry he ordered in 1967! The issue I’ve noticed is that they never open more than 1 register, even with a line out the door. Finally, the customer service is lukewarm at best. I think the guy at the drive thru who tells you to have a nice day isn’t smiling – he is gritting his teeth because it pains him to say something friendly-ish. Back to the part about being a sucker. This place is pretty bad, yet I keep coming back. I’m like a recovering heroin addict who falls off the wagon by telling himself, «Don’t worry buddy. It will be better this time. How long could a cheeseburger and Sweet Tea possibly take?» The answer to that final question today was 11 minutes, and that is why I will never be President,

Easy to get to location. Having trouble for a easy cheap dinner or lunch, go to mcdonalds. I do love the sausage egg McMuffin and the McGriddle. Yum! The orange juice is always a must too. Back when the milk was in the cartons, that was my favorite item. I don’t know why it tasted better, but it did. Still, the little jug is good too. Best of all, they usually have neat toys in the kids meal. & who says you have to be under a certain age to enjoy them? My little pony is awesome. So bring on the easy games in the bag and the toy! Now if you are an adult, get a big mac. Its tasty. One thing that has always confounded me though is that the coke sometimes tastes fruity. I love coke-a-cola so that kind of makes it less great. This location is usually pretty fast to get through the drive thru, so there you go.

This is a great McDonald’s. I’m here with my son at about 2pm on a Saturday. The store is clean and the décor is nice. The staff is friendely. There’s a large play area for children. Easy to use Wi-fi. Good food quality. FYI, located right across the street from the AFK Tavern on 41st and Colby.
